Harry Potter Question

Anyone else thinks this is wierd?.....

Lily Potter had green eyes and red hair.
James potter has brown eyes and black hair.

Harry has green eyes and black hair.
Ginny has brown eyes and red hair.

???????

I'm sure I'm not the first person to catch that, but come on am I the only person who finds that a little strange?

Haha, I caught the similarities between Lily/James and Harry/Ginny too. Personality-wise they are similar as well. If toi think about it, Harry is like Lily with a touch of James, while Ginny is like James with a touch of Lily (as well as Molly). I think it was probably forshadowing the fact that the two of them would end up together XD

well, seeing that hazel is a shade of brown, so why doesn't that discription work? par the way, we don't know what shade of brown Ginny's eyes were, only that it's the same as Mrs Weasley's (book 7, British edition, won't look for the page))

her eyes are brown, his eyes are hazel which par my standards is usually mixed with another colour. eg. my eyes are browny green, so they are hazel.

I personally find it a little bit artificial and way too predictable.
