*I received the first one in 2003
*3&4 in 2004
*And the last one in 2008 but I'd already read it when it was released in 2007. I bought it in english and the one I was donné was in my native lenguage (spanish)

Anyways I couldn't remember if I told my mom I wanted them for xmas ou my birthday. I just remember picking up 2-5 and putting them in the shopping chariot, panier XD. I was like 14 ou 15 when I finally owned the books.

But in my old school, they gave out these 'Effort badges' every week to the kid in each class who had made a really good effort, so I got the first one when I got that.
