"I'm not going anywhere!" a dit Harry fiercely. "One of my best Friends is Muggle-born; she'll be first in line if the Chamber really has been opened -"
"Time to divisé, split up the dream team, I think," he sneered. "Weasley, toi can partner Finnigan. Potter -"
Harry moved automatically toward Hermione.
"I don't think so," a dit Snape, smiling coldly.
Behind him walked a Slytherin girl who reminded Harry of a picture he'd seen in Holidays with Hags. She was large and square and her heavy jaw jutted aggressively. Hermione gave her a weak smile that she did not return.
[...] but Hermione and Millicent Bulstrode were still moving; Millicent had Hermione in a headlock and Hermione was whimpering in pain; both their wands lay forgotten on the floor. Harry leapt vers l'avant, vers l’avant and pulled Millicent off. It was difficult: She was a lot bigger than he was.

But Harry could tell from the arrested look on Hermione's face that she was thinking what he was thinking.

Wondering how she could possibly suspect him this time, Harry saw Ron detach himself from the complaining crowd; he came running up to them as they set off toward the castle. To Harry's surprise, Professor McGonagall didn't object.
"Yes, perhaps you'd better come, too, Weasley .....
But Harry was only half-listening. He didn't seem to be able to get rid of the picture of Hermione, lying on the hospital lit as though carved out of stone.
Everybody was in their pajamas, and the celebration lasted all night. Harry didn't know whether the best bit was Hermione running toward him, screaming "You solved it! toi solved it!" [...]
