This is going to be my final chapter in the Chuck and Blair story, there is going to be lots of fluffiness.
Chuck had never realised how much he loved Blair until he almost Lost her, he never wanted to come that close to losing her again, and he wouldn’t, he would make sure of it, he would keep her safe, he would keep his children safe, he would keep his family safe.
Chuck and Blair were in the cuisine one morning, Dorota had just walked out to go and see if Harry and Lily were ready for school when Chuck raised a happy subject…
‘’How would toi feel about us renewing our wedding vows?’’ Chuck asked curiously
‘’ I’d l’amour to’’ Blair a dit smiling and s’embrasser him
‘’Really?’’ Chuck said, smiling and s’embrasser Blair back
‘’Yes, I knew from the first jour that I met toi I was going to marry you, and renewing our vows and our l’amour for one another would be the perfect way to do that, with all our family and Friends there, it would mean the world to me’’
‘’ It would mean the world to me too’’ Chuck said
‘’So let’s do it’’ Blair said
That night they had been organising their vow renewal, they had decided on a simple and elegant church service, with just their family and friends.
‘’Right, that’s 180 guests’’ Blair a dit looking at the liste in front of her
‘’ B, baby, come on, we a dit small and simple, 180 isn’t simple’’ Chuck a dit smiling
‘’Yea I know, but these are all the people I want to invite’’ Blair said, giving Chuck the chiot dog eyes she knew he couldn’t resist
‘’B, Penelope, Hazel, Nelly Yuki, come on, toi haven’t spoken to those guys since high school’’ Chuck a dit questioning her
‘’I know, I suppose your right’’ Blair a dit giving in
‘’As always’’ Chuck said, at this remark Blair hit his chest
Before they had gone to sleep that night they had narrowed the guest liste down to seventy people, closest family and friends, they had organised the food, the music, the fleurs and the clothes that were going to wear on the day.
Two weeks later it was time for the renewal, Serena had just walked into the Plaza hotel suite, the room Chuck and Blair confirmed their l’amour for each other.
‘’B, it’s so nice to see toi and my brother happy, I’m sorry I had doubts about the relationship at first, but toi know, in the back of my mind I always knew toi two would be together in the end, and I was right’’ Serena smiled
‘’Thanks S, that means the world to me, and I am glad toi and Nate are happy’’ B smiled
‘’Actually B, there’s something I’ve been meaning to tell toi about Nate and me, I’m’’ Serena started before Blair interrupted saying
‘’Your pregnant, yea I’d gathered that, both me and Chuck had, it’s obvious, you’ve got a glow, I should know, I’ve had three children myself, Chuck is so pleased, he’s going to become an uncle and I’m going to become an auntie, and hey, if there’s ever anything toi need, I’m here for you, we’re both here for you.’’
At that moment Chuck walked in to see his two favourite girls sharing an emotional hug, he knew Blair had told her that they knew Serena was pregnant.
Both girls turned around to see Chuck standing in the doorway
‘’You know, that scene would be so much plus entertaining if toi were kissing’’ Chuck a dit with a smug grin on his face
‘’Shut up and get in here’’ Blair and Serena a dit smiling
‘’Oh fine, I guess I have no choice, but toi tell anyone about this and your dead’’ Chuck a dit smiling
After the wedding, everything had died down and the caterers were clearing away, Chuck and Blair, Nate and Serena and Harry and Lily were all slow dancing.
