PART FOUR- THE TRAGEDY OF ERRORS

Gossip Girl: # Well Well Well Upper East Siders....there were suspicious reports of Blair's disappearance this weekend...and is it a coincidence that Chuck basse, bass was also no where to be seen? Back in Manhattan...at school.
Serena and Blair are talking, she tells her everything about the wedding and what happened, she is confused and needs the conseil of her BFF. Serena is shocked about what happened to Chucks mother and feels that partnered with the way Bart treats Chuck explains a lot about the way chuck is. Blair doesn't know whether she has feelings for Chuck ou if she just fees sorry for him. Serena advises her to just keep things friendly with Chuck until she is sure that she has real feeling for him. Blair agrees that she may just need a bit of time to make that choice and in the meantime she would like to spend time with Chuck, to get to know him more...she is excited in a way because she feels she has found someone who is different to every other guy she knows, and deep down she thinks that Chuck needs someone like her and she needs someone like him.
Blair and Serena continue talking, unaware that someone is standing around the corner from them listening in on everything they are saying.
Jenny Humphrey.
Blair and Serena decide to make their way in to the school building when Blair spots Chuck walking into school, she excuses herself and catches up to Chuck.

B: Hey...hi.
C: Oh...hi.
B: So is everything ok...?
C: Yeah...why wouldn't it be?
B: (looks confused) Ummm...well have toi forgotten the weekend?
C: Oh...that...dont worry i haven't forgotten..(she smile at him) I'll get toi your rendez-vous amoureux, date with Nate.
Blair looks at him, startled...how could he even think about hooking her up with Nate after everything that happened on the weekend...she really thought that they'd bonded....she was close to having sex with him and now he wants to set her up with his BFF!!
B: Chuck! What about.....last night...after the wedding...?
C: Yeah...i was meaning to talk to toi about that.....you need to forget about that...the things i told you....everything....you cant speak a word to anyone...those things were personal....strictly confidential.
B: Of course...i would never betray your trust.
C: Good...i'll speak to Archibald...You kept your part of the deal...ill keep mine. see toi around (he walks off)
Blair is saddened. She cant believe that the Chuck she spent last night with was gone. He was back to his usual self...as if he'd forgotten all about the night before....they had bonded she was sure of it....and if he was going to choose to ignore it then she couldn't do anything about it....maybe she was better off going back to pursuing Nate instead...at least he would have a heart.

Later on that day....Blair is approached par Nate.

N: Blair...Hey..hows it going?
B: Hi Nate....im fine.
N: Ummm...i don't really know how to...uummm..look me and a couple of other people are going to Victrola tonight, seeing as me and Chuck are like brothers i get full access to every room in that place...i thought maybe toi could come along...i can montrer toi around?
B: Ummm (considers his offer, realising that Chuck would have been the one to initiate it) Ok...sounds like fun.

They continue to talk.

Later on that night Nate and Blair have arrived at Victrola. They talk and have a few drinks. after an heure ou so, Nate offers to montrer her around the place.

N: Im here with Chuck almost all the time....the regulars call us the Victrola brothers! (he laughs, she forces a smile)
B: Cute.
N: So we have access to his office.....he isn't here today so we have it all to ourselves.

He takes her into Chucks office. It is quite big with comfortable looking furniture, one the size of a bed.

N: As toi can tell, he spends many nights here...it's his seconde home!......come sit..
He sits down on the lit size Divan and she joins him.

N: So...you look amazing tonight....i've always thought toi were.....hot..
B: Really....you never seemed interested....
N: Dont be silly....of course i am...(he leans his face towards her neck and kisses it)
He begins to Kiss her neck and eventually her lips, at first she feels reluctant to comply as she feels uncomfortable with him...especially as she cant stop thinking of Chuck. She decides to give in. They continue to make out, Nate takes off his veste and begins to unzip her dress, she realises that they are about to have sex.

B: Nate....wait...i've never done this before....
N: (realises that she means she's a virgin) Really? Well don't worry...it doesn't matter...
B: No it does...(he tries to Kiss her she stops him) i want my....first time to be......special.
N: It's just sex Blair...everyone does it...(he tries to Kiss her again but she get up ) ...Whats wrong...isn't that why you're here?
B: No! Of course not! im not a whore!

Blair runs off.

The suivant jour at school.

Blair is telling Serena what happened with Nate the night before.

S: Maybe he did like toi after all.
B: But that's not the point! what im saying is he really shocked me! If a girl was to have a first rendez-vous amoureux, date with either Nate ou Chuck...which one of the guys would toi expect to want sex on the first date?
S: I dunno...Chuck?
B: Exactly....but Chuck didn't do it when i gave him the perfect opportunity! He could have taken advantage of me...we were there about to do it but he stopped me...he didn't want me to lose my virginity like that...(she smiles) he a dit he wanted my first time to be special!
S: Sweet.
B: But Nate...! He didn't even care....to him it was just sex and i was just another girl! I never though Nate was like that...he seemed so nice and decent...i couldn't believe he would take advantage of me like that!

Serena and Blair get a text. It's a Gossip Girl update. It says...

Gossip Girl: # We hear our very own Bass'tard was an unplanned mistake! Bart couldn't convince his wife to get rid, so Chuck managed to get rid of her instead...yes he was the devil the jour he was born...well according to our latest tip off anyway! toi Know toi l’amour Me xoxo Gossip Girl #

Blair and Serena look at each other in shock.

B: toi told someone?!
S: No i swear B! i Would never tell anyone something like this!
B: Then how....! Oh my gosh...he's going to hate me...i was the only one that knew! He'll think it was me! How could anyone be so evil S! Who found out!
S: I don't know B, but believe me, i didn't speak a word to anyone.

As they are talking Jenny comes up from behind them...

J: toi look a little worried Blair. (sarcastically) Oh sorry...i meant Miss Blair (she grins)
B: You? toi did this?!!!
J: toi and Serena shouldn't speak so loud...you never know who's listening! (she smiles) how's that for an initiation?
B: toi Bitch! (she goes to grab Jenny's hair but Serena stops her)
S: salut B, no! Thats the last thing that we want! Do toi want to get thrown out of Constance for fighting?
B: But S, she's ruined everything!
S: Jenny go away...i cant believe toi could be so evil...just leave us alone!
Jenny walks away slightly guilty at what she did. Blair begins to cry and Serena comforts her.

Later on that day....Blair goes to Chuck's house, she goes into his room and finds him there. He immediately gets up from his chair and starts shouting.

C: Who the hell do toi think toi are! Telling everyone everything! I trusted you!
B: Wait Im sorry...it wasn't me!
C: Oh really! There was no one else on that bloody plage with us! It was just me and you! I thought....i actually for a moment though that i could trust you!
B: I swear Chuck! it wasn't me! I know who it was and i will get her back for this....i didn't tell anyone....except for....Serena...
C: She did this?
B: No of course not....some one overheard me telling her...but i know that's no excuse...i shouldn't have told any one....i just needed advice...i needed to talk to someone...
C: About me?! I told toi not to say anything! toi broke your promise and i will never forgive toi that! (raises his voice again) Just get out and stay out of my life! I don't wanna see toi again!
B: (puts her hand on him but he pushes her away) But Chuck...i didn't mean to hurt you...i swear...i care (interrupted)
C: Just leave me alone! Because of toi everyone knows about my mother! That was something i never told anyone! No one! it was something personal to me! how can i ever montrer my face after this. i knew i should never of trusted anyone...your all the same...just get out! (shouts) Get Out!

Blair is almost in tears, so is Chuck, she runs out of his room and out of his house, where she bursts in to tears. She couldn't believe that Jenny had ruined things for her. There was no way she'd let Jenny get away with this.
Blair begins to leave the basse, bass residence in tears when she she sees Nate approaching.

N: Hey....Blair...what are toi doing outside Chuck's house?.....and why are toi crying?
B: I don't know (she bursts into tears)

Nate takes her into his arms and offers to take her home. They get into the back of Nate's car and he tells the driver to go to Blair's house.
In The car, Nate comforts her and he tells her that he saw the post on Gossip Girl and didn't know if it was true so he'd come to visit Chuck. Blair tells him that it was the truth and it was her fault that it got posté on the web. After she calms down, Nate begins to apologise for the way he treated her at Victrola, telling her that it wasn't the true Nate and that he didn't know what came over over him. She accepts his apology, she is very upset already and feels vulnerable, she didn't care about Nate taking advantage of her the other day, all she cared about was the fact that he was there for her now. He was comforting her and he made her feel better. She needed him right now. Nate cuddles Blair and asks her for a seconde chance...naively she accepts and lets him Kiss her. They decide to get together and give it another try.

Gossip Girl: # My advice? If your confused about who toi like....just stay single! Queen B what have toi done! We sure hope it wasn't toi who tipped me off about Chuck...personally i thought toi had plus class than that! And my tip off seemed a bit amateur....maybe a freshman? I wonder if this Scandal turns into an ugly fight, and who would win? Well no one does chienne like Queen B'itch! toi Know toi l’amour Me xoxo Gossip Girl #
