What happened to Blairs bulimia?

Blair didn't only have one relapse in Season One, she had three which we know of. There was one after she met Nate for sushi in 1x01, though the clip from it was saved for the montage in 1x09.

Obviously she relapsed in 1x09 itself, and after the relapse, she did have therapy. She whispered to Serena that she would call Dr.Sherman in the morning.

We know she relapsed in 1x13 also, as Eleanor heard her being sick with the water running. At first viewers presumed this to be morning sickness, however we then found out she wasn't pregnant, so it was a relapse.

That was all for Season One.

In Season Two, there have been no direct, factual references to a relapse.

However, in my opinion after the scene in 2x14 where she is crying at her reflection, she had a relapse then, before going downstairs. Reason? She looked very distressed whilst breaking down and called Serena, but upon Serena's arrival she was jouer la comédie extremely forced and perfect and hurriedly insisting nothing was wrong.

I think they will bring it back towards the end of the season, and if I was (and other people who have mentioned it) right about the relapse in 2x14, the only time we've been offered a suggestion of one within season two, they could use it as a flashback in the same way they used the clip from 1x01 for a flashback in 1x09.

Also, it would be a prime time to bring the storyline back up, as Blair is going through her out of control period and going out of character from who she is etc... which will probably end up in her being hurt as usual, and this time with possible major reputation damage, and no college acceptance (we know she only applied to Yale, and we had a spoiler from Stephanie Savage she doesn't get in... so...), which all leads to a possible way of control gain for someone with a history of an OCD based Eating Disorder; relapse.

Josh did say that it would come up again, and build from what was shown in Season One. He a dit this at the beginning of the season, yes, but he also a dit we hadn't heard the last of Georgina at the beginning of the season, and we've now had confirmation of her return... so they could have been in planning at the same time. Though they only write three ou four scripts ahead of themselves, they plan some storylines several episodes ahead of themselves.
Of course, that's just speculation ;o)

Also, the end of this season seems all about coming full cercle from who the characters were in Season One now they're leaving High School... so, again, prime opportunity to bring it back up.

Though, like everyone, I don't actually know anything, haha!

I think it's still there, there's just not as big of an emphasis on it right now. Like when Blair was crying in front of the mirror in 2x14...I think she might have gone and relapsed again there. And she probably did when Chuck was gone too. It's just not a major storyline at the moment, but I think it's still assumed...to a certain point

I don't think that Blair's bulimia give us any effect in the serie. It's just a way to montrer us that Blair is not perfect even if she's pretty, thin and rich. Don't get me wrong. I'm a huge blair fan, and I've been thinking about her bulimia.¨I think it's just a way to montrer us that even if Blair is mean to people who has treated her bad, she has her problems as well.

Her parents got divorced. Her dad (rolemodel) got gay. That kinda hurt and the results of this was : bulimia.

At the end of 1x09 she tells Serena that she's gonna call her doctor so I think she got over it again.
