Is Hiro older than Kisa...?

Kisa is one an older than Hiro. Hiro is 11, and Kisa is 12.

In the manga Kisa is actually older then Hiro. Kisa ranges from beginning of the manga to the end to 12-14 years of age, while Hiro ranges from beginning of manga to the end 11-13 years of age.

In the animé they are also about 1 an apart in age with Kisa being older and Hiro being younger.
