1.) Has this been answered before.

2.) If twins are born into the Sohma family (assuming the curse is still active) would one twin acquire the zodiac animal curse ou both?

I think they're possessed from the moment they exit the womb, because until then they are kinda "embraced" par the mother (so you'd see the males in their animal forms during ultrasound)... and since (even in case of twins) bébés are born one at a time, it's not possible for 2 people to be possessed par the same spirit. imo ^^
