Could someone please tell me what is "the Friends whatever"??

I've been lire it a lot lately here on fanpop but I don't know what it is, so I was just wondering... thanks :D

"the frieds whatever" is a forum created par mtoll4, in which people chat. it's like a chat room!
for example, toi post a commentaire saying hi. then, when someone sees it, he also says hi, and so toi get to talk. everyone can join, and say anything they want.you dont have to talk about friends, toi just talk! =D
