Chapter 14: Found

John was becoming very fond of Ariel he'd never met anyone like her before she is kind,understanding, and has such a tender cœur, coeur qualities that reminded him of Pocahontas but as he missed her when he was with Ariel it was as if all those feelings and the pain that he felt disappeared instantly he looked vers l'avant, vers l’avant to meeting her par the river near the place where he first laid eyes on her.
"Good morning Ariel", "Good morning John I hoped toi slept well", "I did thank you" he a dit as he helped her onto the herbe "So what would toi like to do today?", "Hmm well I was thinking that maybe if toi wanted to I could montrer toi my world toi have taught me so much about the humans that I haven't had the chance to return the favor", "I would like that", she smiled at John "I'll meet toi par the beach", "I'll meet toi there."

They both went there separate ways John quickly ran towards the plage where they had left the rowboats when he and his men first arrived pushing one into the water and rowed out to where Ariel was waiting for him "Well that was fast" she a dit "Yes well I was in a hurry to meet you" he replied she smiled bashfully "So are toi ready", "Yes but I can't breathe underwater like toi can", "We can manage just point to the surface when toi need air I'll be par your side the whole time", "Thank toi Ariel that is a great comfort well then montrer me the way."
John jumped off into the water he was amazed at what he saw it was a completely different world it was the most incredibly thing he had ever seen in all of the years he spent exploring the seven seas he never what beauty lied beneath it the sand bottom of the ocean floor, the seaweed flowing to and fro with the current, and all the beautiful couleurs of its sea creatures it was truly a magical world such grace and absolutely peaceful and he thankful Ariel had showed him this it was just another world he learned to have respect for a world that would never be claimed par man kind completely free just the way it should be.

After swimming for hours John had finally had enough for one jour he signaled to Ariel that he was ready to go up for air with his hand in hers they surfaced together then headed back to the river "I should probably let toi get back to your men its getting quite late" a dit Ariel "They'll be fine for a few plus hours I want to stay with you", "But are toi sure I I don't want to keep toi from your duties", "Ariel there is no place I'd rather be than here with you", "John I" he placed his hand on her cheek and moved in closer to her his lips were inches away from her when suddenly "Ariel get away from that human", "Huah Daddy what are you, how did you", "I came looking for toi I was worried I thought something terrible might have happened to toi and I had a little help" hiding from behind Triton was patauger, plie grise "I'm sorry Ariel he made me tell I'm so sorry", "Is it true that toi saved this human from drowning?", "Yes but daddy I had to he would have died", "Wait it was toi your the mystery girl who saved my life that night" John a dit shocked "Yes believe me I wanted to tell toi but I just couldn't I was afraid", "You should have told me", "I know I'm so sorry."

Ariel tried to reach for him but John pushed her away John felt like his cœur, coeur was breaking again just when he started to think that he started to have feelings again as if everything had been nothing but a lie. "Ariel come along its time for toi to come home", "No daddy I'm staying here", "I will not allow it not after what those barbarians did to you", "Daddy there not barbarians!", "Oh help me Ariel I am going to get through to toi about these humans and if this is the only so be it."
Triton aimed his trident at John he was going to get rid of these humans once and for all starting with this one "Daddy no wait! please if toi spare him I promise I will go with toi I'll never go up to the surface ever again", "Very well,"
She took one last glance at John then colombe back into the water even as heartbroken as she was John was sûr, sans danger and that's all that mattered she raced accueil as fast as she could she didn't want anything to do with her father ever again.
