I think that she have know sister and she made it up because the flash backs whit her father I never saw another kid and her father didn't mention one eather (sorry for my english it's really bad)

i bet she has a sister who prob stayed with her mother when her parents divisé, split the sunburn lie was a little too well done for it not to be true no? ha plus than likely she'll be a spy cos everyone else's family members turn out to be spies and graham (cia black guy that gave sarah the chance to be a spy) would have known she had a sister if it turns out that she does have one at all. Hope she does thou cos we need plus sarah back story..so long as nbc dont annuler it :'-(
