This was a hard choice but i finally went with Bleach cuz I think they would be a little harder to beat in their spiritual forms

Again I think it depends on who's fighting who because some may be more vulnerable to other characters than others and all that and it depends on what they use and the attacks everything so it might be close but I think the Bleach characters would win..

Naruto or any sensor type ninja(plus Uchiha) could sense them(via Negative emotions for Naruto and chakra/reiastu(equalization of energy applies) detection for Uchihas and sensor ninjas.

Fight begins:
Naruto goes Bijuu mode and fires off his Bijuu Bomb, anyone in side a radius of lets say 5 mountains are now dead.

Killer bee does his Bijuu Bomb, 1 mountain radius.

Tobi gets his Edo Jinchurikis to fire off their Bijuu Bombs, 6 1 mountain radius explosions.

Kabuto uses Edo Tensei to revive Madara who then summons his Mountain dwarfing rocks, destroying the area around him while he regens from it.

Edo Deidara fires off his 10 KM C0 repeatedly via regen, Kishimoto said he could do this in an interview.

Seriously Naruto(series) stomps.

I agree with LostOblivion, Bleach doesn't stand much of a chance.
Especially if the Sage of Six Paths is involved, he created the moon and the ten tailed beast was claimed to be able to wipe out a country with a single blast.
