Post a character that exhibits really bizarre behavior.

Mayaya from Kuragehime is completely and totally obsessed with the Records of Three Kingdoms and almost everything she says is a reference to that time period. She also has really, really bizarre body language, and often just moves her arms around when she starts going on a tirade/gets excited about something.

Millennium Earl form D. Gray-Man. He is what TV Troupes refers to as "affably evil." His global, ensemble goal is to destroy humanity par exploiting the weakness of the human heart. However, he also enjoys dîner with his family and knits in a rocking chair. He also never stops grinning nor does he open his mouth while speaking.
