Does she even want to be friends?

I have a friend that I have known since kindergarten and she hasn't hung out with me in over a mois because she says she's busy, ou she's sick, ou she doesn't feel like it. And she doesn't text me either. I try to talk to her on Facebook, but she rarely réponses to me. She tells me we are still best friends, but don't best Friends hang out a lot? I mean we did hang out a lot sometime in June. And now that school has started, I'm not able to talk to her then because she goes to a different school than I do. I get the feeling that she doesn't want to be friends. Am I overreacting?
