Well, toi always have something to do ------ like fulfiling your goals, doing constructive work n doing what work toi have left to do. toi can always do that. Besides, there is always room for something new ♥♥♥
It depends on the perspective. If toi work hard and do your daily tasks, toi will enjoy the free time. A life full of laziness is a boring life. The reason is when toi work ou do something that is productive, your brain releases chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. These are hormones that are responsible for feeling happiness. Dopamine is a rewarding hormone which provides toi the sense of accomplishment aand serotonin is released when toi lose stress and feel a bit plus relaxed after some tensions like after giving an exam, toi are glad that it's over.
Eeeeh I don't find my life particularly boring. I mean sure I spend most of the jour along and have something of a rigid schedule but there's a lot of excitement and stressful shit going on as well. Maybe it's a perspective thing, I dunno.
Life in itself is not boring. Only if we make it out to be like that ourselves. It's all about what toi choose to do with the time toi are donné and those that share it with toi !!!!
