I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the Arrow and Oliver Queen and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and Arrow but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC Kiss in the 20 ou 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5

I hope rayon, ray Palmer doesn't come between Oliver and Felicity i want their romance with the slow burn and when rayon, ray leaves in the 14th episode ou at the end of it . I read that rayon, ray Palmer is Felicity's ex boyfriend and he's going ti get in the way of Felicity relationship with Oliver. I hope Felicity goes out with rayon, ray and hurt Oliver. Not meant as bashing but I don't get the whole 'Oliver and Laurel' thing. I really don't see how he could be in l’amour with her ou why she would ever have any romantic feelings for him again... after all he was cheating on laurier, laurel with her own sister, which inevitably caused her sister's death. I can't understand that fandom ou its shippers because of that.
