Katy for sure! Gaga is pretty but Katy is simply stunning! ♥

First off, beauty is entirely a matter of opinion. People have different taste and such, so it's pretty much impossible to say.

Also, they both have on and off days and outfits, I mean, i've seen them both looking amazing, and them both looking not so great.
Just saying :)

However, Katy is cute too!

It's hard to judge. Because in the musique world, there's so much airbrushing, photoshop, ect. But I think Gaga for sure. I've seen her with no makeup. Katy with no makeup...well...

Anyways, I don't think Katy looks absolutley horrible. She's cute-ish (after all the hours of airbrushing & stuff) But Lady Gaga is absolutley beautiful, both naturally & with all the tools of Hollywood.

I think before either one of them became famous, Lady Gaga was wwwaaayyy prettier than Katy Perry. Now that they're both famous I think they are both equally BEAUTIFUL when it comes to figure and looks

Katy Perry is pretty most of the time while Lady GaGa has her moments. (Meaning:she isn't all that pretty.)

Both. Lady gaga is beautiful because she actually doesn't care what people think of her and she is a beautiful person. Katy is beautiful because without makeup she is as flawed as all of us (so is gaga) but she stands out.
Beauty is really behind the makeup and what makes us human. Both Katy perry and lady gaga are beautiful and they are flawed like us.

I think Gaga is prettier. Lady Gaga's beauty blew my mind when I first saw her. Of course people see beauty differently, so I think neither answer is wrong.

I would have to say Lady Gaga because when Katy doesn't wear makeup half the time she is better looking than Lady Gaga AFTER she had her eyebrows done. Before the eyebrow situation Lady Gaga will ALWAYS be better and younger looking.
