Each Disney Princess has two very different forms that Disney uses- they each have the version from their classic movie, but they also each have a franchise version. And these two versions aren't the same necessarily. Some princesses looks were thought to have changed significantly in the change from paper and screen to Disney Princess bikes and Disney Princess beds and the like. Other princesses had changes less pronounced. So here is the rank, going from most changed to least changed princess from movie to franchise versions.

9. Cinderella

Poor, poor Cinderelly... as the "leader" of the Disney Princess franchise, Cendrillon has received a massive makeover from the version in her movie made over fifty years ago. Strikingly different about the franchise Cendrillon is the color of her hair and dress, which went from dirty blonde to blonde and from silver to a sky blue shade. Apart from massive recoloration, some say that Cendrillon also has different eyes, too. Cendrillon has surely come a long way from her appearance in her movie.

"Yeah, let's go ahead and make her dress SKY BLUE and then give her banane YELLOW HAIR. Seriously, WTF were they THANKING?"- firegirl1515

"Wrong dress color, wrong hair color, wrong eyes too even!"- founten

"They even messed up her stunning face. ;______; "- Straggy

"Definetly dress, hair and all."- BKG201

8. Aurora

It should come as no surprise that the extremely carefully drawn in her movie Aurora would be very hard to replicate in the franchise. The franchise Aurora has undergone major changes from the Aurora that we know in Sleeping Beauty. Aurora's hair has gone from platinum blonde to a bright golden blonde shade. And her dress, which was blue for most of Sleeping Beauty, apparently acquiesced to Flora's wishes and became pink. The fans also think that Aurora's face shape has changed significantly, and she was thought to look plus like a Barbie than the Aurora we know.

"Her hair colour is wrong, her face shape is wrong and her dress colour is wrong. Honestly Disney, did toi even look at Aurora before toi drew this?"- Straggy

"she looks like a barbie"- prettyangel92

"All her couleurs are different and her face is not drawn the same."- TigerRanma

"Her hair is plus blonde than in her movie. Her face looks different, and it's also not fair that she isn't advertised in blue. It always has to be pink. Aurora looks plus a Barbie doll with her that look."- PrincessVandal

"She looks compleatly different from what Aurora looked like in the movie."- VGfan30

7. Pocahontas

Pocahontas's looks were also considered to have changed significantly in the franchise. While she wasn't thought to have huge changes in her dress and hair like Cendrillon and Aurora, she still was considered to have changed a lot. Noticed changes of Pocahontas's in her franchise version include that her copper skin turned orange, her face dramatically made a turn for the worse (a facial comparison picture below), and while Pocahontas is often considered to be the oldest princess, she probably put on a few years along the way to the franchise.

"Her skin looks orange"- KataraLover

"her face looks jacked up to me."- princesslullaby

"I think she looks a lot older, and not in a good way."- VGfan30

6. Ariel

While the massive recoloration issues that were large issues with the prior three princesses mentioned were largely absent, franchise Ariel still had her own share of lack of consistencies from her original version. The fans think that Ariel, like Pocahontas, has aged too much in the franchise, and since Ariel is widely considered to be one of the younger-looking princesses, that is a big change. Ariel's hair and eyes were thought to have gotten smaller as well.

"Ariel doesn't have the big forehead anymore, her eyes are supposed to be bigger and plus innocent looking. All in all, she doesn't look like a 16 an old girl anymore."-madisonsavanna

"Her face isn't the right shape and her hair isn't big and 80s enough."- Straggy

5. Snow White

Considering that she was the first Disney Princess, it might be surprising that she was not considered par the fans to be one of the most changed princesses from movie to franchise. But she still has her fair share of changes. Snow White in the franchise Lost her childish body, somewhat lessened the plumpness in her face, decreased the roundness, even some say they changed two of her unique features- her cute smile and her snow-white skin.

"Body shape wrong, face shape wrong, eyes wrong."- PrincessVandal

"Apart from the hair and the dress, that's not Snow White. Either that ou she's had extensive plastic surgery, coloured contacts and a very drastic diet, boob job and corset training."- Straggy

"They messed up her face shape, body shape, and changed her eyes completely."- firegirl1515

"Her skin isn't as pale anymore, different body shape, eyes need to be rounder, they even changed her sweet little smile D: Where's the eye squinting?"- madisonsavanna

4. Belle

One of the plus similar princesses to their movie counterparts according to fanpop was Belle. She still had recoloration issues though. Even though she is one of the three main princesses in the franchise, she didn't receive major coloration changes like Cendrillon and Aurora did. Still though, she did have plus minor changes. The big thing that bugged most was that, like with many other princesses, Belle's eye shape changed significantly. But still, Belle has varied a lot through her movie, making her harder to compare than other princesses. Since most differences have to deal with her face, a facial comparison is provided.

"her eyes look a little goofy to me"- alafastanzio

"Her eye's look too amond"- KataraLover

"I picked Belle, because her looks always seem to be inconsistant."- DreamyGal

"Her eyes are hazel, but it was changed to brown."- PrincessVandal

3. Mulan

Overall, the fans believe that these last three princesses haven't changed as much as the prior six at the article. Many think that Mulan looks very similar to her movie self before she went to war. However, some say that Mulan was made to look plus feminine for the princess lineup, and others think she just doesn't look right in her lineup version.

"She doesn't look like her normal self. As if she was forced to look this feminine."- PrincessVandal

"She looks weird"- BKG201

"Mulan looks like she does in the beginning of her movie."- TigerRanma

"Her hair's not the right colour."- Straggy

"I guess, though her face changes a lot in her movie anyway."- TigerRanma

2. Tiana

Earning a very high place on the countdown was the newest entry into the Disney Princess lineup... since Tiana's movie was released very recently, they don't have too much time to change her design! Tiana in general was considered to be relatively similar to her movie counterpart, except with numerous facial differences, involving her eyes, skin color, and nose.

"Her nose is too small and her eyes look different."- kenzieiscool

"Hey eyes don't look quite as "cartoony" as they appear in the movie, and her skin tone even looks different...she's still beautiful though!"- DreamyGal

"They've slimmed down her face and donné her cat-like, upturned eyes, as well as slimming down her nose. She basically looks like a black Jasmine."- princesslullaby

"She has a thinner face and slimmer, cat-like eyes. Last time I checked, Tiana didn't look like a cat in her movie."- firegirl1515

1. Jasmine

One princess though, has had even less changes than Tiana according to the fans. Some say that Jasmine's eyes and hair have slightly changed, but these changes were thought to be minor compared to the other eight princesses. And plus, jasmin doesn't look that realistic anyway... how many girls that look like her do toi expect to see every day? The faas thought her very cartoony image makes it easier to merchandise her as well without too many edits. Overall, movie jasmin was thought to look very similar to franchise Jasmine, so thus, jasmin is the princess whose movie version is thought to be most similar to her franchise version.

"I don't think jasmin looks the same as in her movie. And where's her blue eyeshadow?"- TigerRanma

"Jasmine looks almost exactly the same besides the fact that her hair looks plus like a capuche, hotte and her eyes are a bit smaller."- VGfan30

"Jasmine looks pretty much spot on"- Straggy

"Her eye's are too small"- KataraLover

"Jasmine definitely looks a lot like what she was in her movie. I believe it's due to her cartoony image which makes it easier to make her plus detailed in merchandise."- PrincessVandal
Dungeons & dragons (or D&D for short) is a super fun dessus de la table, dessus de table roleplaying game that's been around since the 1970s but has recently gained a fair bit of popularity. I've been playing the game for around eight years at time of writing, and I strongly recommend toi give it a try if toi ever get the chance. It's really an absolute blast! D&D has always been one of my favori hobbies, but within the last two years it's become an even bigger part of my life. Since I've been having so much fun with it recently, I decided it was finally time to try something I'd always wanted to do: turning...

charlotte
Charlotte
charlotte La Bouff was one of many characters in the movie The Princess and the Frog. charlotte was as wonderful as Tiana, and she really deserves to be analyzed.

Characteristics

Unlike Tiana, charlotte was a slightly spoiled and funny girl, crazy. charlotte was very romantic, which I usually don't like, but the crazy and confident gestures she displayed during the romance were enough to cover it up. Charlotte's father, Mr. La Bouff, spoiled her and did whatever she wanted because they were rich. charlotte grew up believing in fairy tales and true love, and she was confident that one jour love...

I've always been one of those hot girls who like dresses, so I don't like Jasmine's clothes. jasmin is wearing a crop haut, retour au début and yes it's cool but I don't really like it. I'm here today to rank it from worst to best.

4- Brown disguise
This is the worst dress since Ariel's dress made from torn sails. There is nothing special about this outfit. The dress is full brown and in a dull tone. Moreover, the sleeves of the dress are too wide. And that hoodie covering Jasmine's hair is disgusting.

3- Blue outfit
The only thing I like about this outfit is the color. Blue color is one of my favori colors....

 Pretty!
Pretty!
On my beauty list, Elsa was first, Anna was second, Aurora was third, and Ariel was fourth. On my favori list, Elsa and Anna were equal, third was Rapunzel and Ariel. The reason I loved Ariel was the same as Anna, her sweet demeanor.
But today I'm talking about something different, beauties. I find Ariel very beautiful but for me Elsa and Anna are prettier. Vanessa is also beautiful. Today I will decide which one is plus beautiful.

1- Hair
Ariel's hair is red, and I don't really like red hair, but it Suits – Avocats sur Mesure Ariel very well. It's also very enjoyable to watch Ariel's long hair float in the water....

Snow White: 16th Century Germany
Though the movie never explains where they take place, it is a dit to be set there since it was based off the Brother’s Grimm.

Cinderella: 19th Century France
Disney’s first film ever set in France though not explicitly. Evidence is that the words like ‘mademoiselle’ ‘Château’ and Tremaine is a French surname.

Sleeping Beauty (Sleeping Beauty): Most likely Late 14th Century France
While some people argue that it’s set in either England ou Germany, the movie NEVER explains where they took place though I have many evidence why it was believed to be...

Hello Disney Princess Fans! First let me apologize for being a bit late getting the article up this time. I'm sure you're all familiar with how busy the holiday season is, and due to that I got pretty far behind. Also, I would like to thank everyone who helped with the article, as I could not have done in alone.

Anyway, before we get started let me give toi a brief run down of the Meet the DP fans articles, in case toi happen to new to the club and/or unfamiliar with them. These articles have been done in past par a few other users to showcase some of the current Disney Princess fans. Now, obviously,...

I wrote this article years il y a for the first ten princesses but now with Beyonce's récent contribution to the Disney family in the 2019 Lion King, I figured it was a good time as any to do an updated liste with the twelve current official princesses. I decided to add Esmeralda, Megara, Anna, and Elsa too! We just take a look through the Queen Bee's singles and see which one fits each princess based on the title, lyrics, musique video and general feel of the song.

Do toi know what's funny? Even though she's all about female empowerment and women being independent, Beyonce's just like virtually every...

Hello all! Many apologies for running a bit behind on this one. The holidays are always chaos incarnate.

Cinderella was our Princess of the mois for December, and here is a collection of thoughts on why we adore her. Many thanks to those who soumis comments!

I absolutely l’amour when Cindy's snarky side peeks through, like when she makes a quip about the "music lesson". It's adorable but also rounds out her character. <3 ~MaidofOrleans

She teaches me to DREAM BIG!!! ~deedragongirl

She is kind, hard-working, and a princess from my childhood that I still l’amour today. ~LMH5113

I used to give into the hype and I still like her but I've recently realized that she's not that strong ou effective of a villain. I've never seen the Angelina Jolie live action movie and quite honestly I don't think I ever will. This is all based on the original Sleeping Beauty.

Now, Maleficent definitely has the classic villain personality (sinister, petty, arrogant) and aesthetic. (she can turn into a dragon, and green feu is cool) She's one of the most quotable and meme-able villains in all of Disney. In fact, I think she's the one who really perfected the look and feel of a "Disney Villain"...

I'm actually looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to watching this a little plus than I did when I had to watch Maleficent. This remake may not live up to the standards of the original but personally it's always been enjoyable to watch.

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
The first time I watched Cendrillon I did like it and there were some changes I liked but then there were some changes I really had to question. Even with the problems I have with this movie I still like to watch it every now and then.

How much of this movie have I forgotten:

Since the...

This is another sequel I haven't seen in forever. Longer than forever, actually. I would say I'm excited to watch this but after Pocahontas II: Journey to a New World I'm not looking vers l'avant, vers l’avant to watching this one.

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
The beginning of this story is exactly the same as the one about Pocahontas 2; I wasn't into the original that much when I was a kid, but then this cartoon Disney movie with familiar faces came out, begged my dad to get me a copy, fin. But unlike Pocahontas 2 I actually did...

Here's the article for Pocahontas!

I know in the past I've made commentaires about how I don't like this movie because it's been a dit that the tale of Pocahontas saving John was a lie and I've also a dit I can't stand Pocahontas and John together because it's gross Pocahontas was aged up for this movie. However I will watch this movie and just enjoy it without thinking about those things.

By now toi should all know what I write about in these articles so I'll just go ahead and start!

Tonight's rewatch: Pocahontas
