Bonjour! So basically I'm doing a liste of my favourite things from each movie. This is not a countdown and the objective is to not bash the films but to see the good in them. The captions under the pictures is an example of one of my favourite citations from that particular movie.
Before I did Snow White - The Little Mermaid and now I'm doing the films Beauty and the Beast up to Mulan. The "rankings" are out of twelve for twelve films on my favourites list. Not characters, films .
Let's get started shall we?

Beauty and the Beast (1991)

Favourite Character - Belle. She's one of my favourite Disney characters ever, as I believe she's flawless, her story is the best, and she's just a humble book-reader who loves her father very much and looks for the beauty within. I l’amour her very much.
Princess' best feature - Eyes. The shape is lovely, the colour is a nice hazel colour and I l’amour the thickness of the eyelashes.
Princess' best outfit - Golden ball-gown. That dress was kind of my childhood. Simple but elegant and it suited Belle well.
Favourite song - Beauty and the Beast (you might know it to be Tale as Old as Time, I'm not sure.) This song is beautiful as it has a lovely message and the musique is really flowing and nice.
Favourite scene - The dance scene probably, but I also liked the end scene and the beginning scene
Any additional commentaires - This movie was exceptionally well done, the story and the characters were very well developed and I have nothing bad to say about this movie.
Ranking on my favourites liste - 2 (I think I just liked the Little Mermaid more, though it's just a small margin, and it was my favourite Disney movie when I was younger.)



Aladin (1992)

Favourite Character - Probably the genie ou Jasmine
Princess' best feature - Her eyes looked very pretty, and even though some people say they make her look like an alien, I think they look nice
Princess' best outfit - The red one with her hair up in a pony-tail. That was really nice.
Favourite song - A whole new world. I guess I just like romantic duets and the other songs didn't exactly thrill me.
Favourite scene - When jasmin is in the marketplace and she first meet Aladdin
Any additional commentaires - This movie was one of my favourites as a kid and I think I'll always l’amour it, I just like the others plus I suppose

Pocahontas (1995)

Favourite Character - Pocahontas. Although I liked some of the others I never really warmed up to any of the characters, even Pocahontas. But I believe she's the best character in the movie and a great one.
Princess' best feature - Hair. It's so soft and black and the way it flows around in the wind is so gorgeous and makes her look so majestic.
Princess' best outfit - Her only one, I suppose
Favourite song - Colours of the Wind. I think toi saw this coming. One of my favourite songs: beautiful music, singing, lyrics and message.
Favourite scene - When Pocahontas and John Smith first meet. "It's a good thing she was hot otherwise he would have blown her head off." - I'm not sure who a dit that, but whoever did, it was really funny!!!
Any additional commentaires - Not exactly one of my favourite films and I never did warm up to any of the characters, but a great one nevertheless and I can tell why people adore it.

Mulan (1998)

Favourite Character - Mulan. She kicks a**, what can be better than that? I l’amour her and I think she's one of the best female Disney characters ever. I also liked her grandma though!
Princess' best feature - Hair (when it's long and loose). The length and colour are really nice and it's so soft and silky and straight!!!
Princess' best outfit - Blue/red/yellow/green one. (I'll inset a picture of it below so toi can actually know what it is)
Favourite song - I'll Make a man out of you. I really liked this song, especially the chorus and the part where Mulan beats up Shang. I like it because Mulan grows as a soldier, through sheer persistence. Go Mulan!
Favourite scene - I'll make a man out of you, for the reasons above.
Any additional commentaires - I liked this movie because of the action, and Mulan. Shang to me was pretty ordinary but the other men were funny. It's quite different when toi watch it as a kid and now as an adolescent and toi get all of the jokes!
