I've already made an article like this for link, link, link, and link, and thought it was only right to do one for the amazing Pocahontas. Pocahontas has gone through a roller coaster on my list, most recently being 10th on my list, but I've always loved her. When I first came to the club, Pocahontas was my seconde favorite, and she's finally joined back into the haut, retour au début 5, now coming in at 4 (3 if toi don't count Elsa). Well anyway let's get starting with me talking about why I l’amour Pocahontas!

Pocahontas is great in many ways, but I think there was one instance that really struck me as remarkable, and solidified my l’amour for her. That scene is the one when Nakoma tells Pocahontas that she sent Kocoum after Pocahontas, which ultimately got Kocoum killed, and John Smith sentenced to exile. Pocahontas could've back-lashed, but instead she says, "This is all my fault!" I find that extremely admirable, and something that is often over-looked when people describe her. It's a unique trait to Pocahontas, since most princesses would've either back-lashed, ou cried, Pocahontas admitted that she was the one that got everyone into this, and wasn't in the least mad at Nakoma. I found that astounding, and oh so refreshing. Also, even after this mess, Pocahontas just doesn't mope around. She takes responsibility, and realizes that she's the only one that can stop this. She's very proactive, even if a bit slow to get there.

Nakoma in general just brings out the best in Pocahontas. I absolutely l’amour the opening scene we see of Pocahontas, where she's standing on the rock, having one of her infamous dramatic poses, and dives down into the water. It shows how adventurous and fun she is. Then, we get to see her spit water at Nakoma, which I loved seeing. I l’amour how her relationship with Nakoma is light-hearted and fun, yet they can rely and trust each other, and they know what's best for one another. I l’amour how there are so many traits to Pocahontas. She doesn't fit into the cookie cutter "fun" princess, but neither does she fit into the "serious" type princess. She has characteristics of both, which I find really fun and interesting to watch. Pocahontas handles herself with such elegance and grace, but at the same time jumps off cliffs, how awesome is that? Also, although she has knowledge that really is foreign for her age, she still makes mistakes, and isn't superwoman.

Another aspect that I l’amour about Pocahontas is how I relate to her. I've come to see plus and plus that we're similar in many ways, and it's a bit surprising, as I used to think how could I relate to some Earth-Goddess that runs around in the forest and is awesomely amazing, but I do see some similarities now. We're both extremely indecisive for one, and I l’amour how Pocahontas has such a tough time picking which way is her path. The compass scene where it points her to the right direction is such a powerful scene in my opinion, since it symbolizes how Pocahontas finally knows her path. I l’amour how Pocahontas isn't scared to take the path less followed, and how she welcomes change. That's something that I wish I could do, since often I feel I'm stuck in a rot and can't get out. Pocahontas lacks some common sense, since she doesn't even try to explain to her father the situation, but I find that's a quality that makes her plus realistic, and human. Sometimes something is starring me straight in the face, but I wait till it's almost too late to do anything, since I'm scared that something might go wrong, and Pocahontas is clearly the same. I'm glad they gave this trait to Pocahontas, because many fictional characters in general just seem to figure everything out way too quickly and unrealistically.

All in all, Pocahontas is amazing. She's a fun character that really is plus than the eye can see. She's very responsible, realistic, relateable, elegant, and more. I l’amour how she takes ownership of her action, isn't perfect, and how she is both fun, while having a serious side that gets her points across. Pocahontas is a wonderful princess, and she definitely deserves her long awaited spot in my haut, retour au début 5! Thanks for reading, and expect another article like this either about Mulan, Jasmine, ou Rapunzel soon! :)

At long last, the long-awaited favoris liste I always mentioned but was too meticulous about écriture and incredibly distracted from to actually finish! So sorry it took so long. I talk about things I dislike about some of the princesses, but keep in mind that I still l’amour them all.

13. Belle:
Previous Position: 12

I respect Belle plus now and even like her personality plus after coming here. I just don’t care for her much ou really relate to her, aside from being a daydreamer and wanting adventure when I was younger. I don't think her personality is that inspiring ou original, which would be...

Lately, there has been some discussion on here about princesses and their personalities- specifically whether certain princesses have personalities ou whether they have sufficiently rounded personalities. I thought it would be a good idea to actually look at the personalities and the different dimensions to them to get a clearer picture of just how well-developed the princesses are as characters. This is not an article about whether the princess is introverted ou extroverted ou personality type (I’ll leave that to LightningRed,) but the personality traits of the princesses. I will be looking...

I'm on a heroine kick, the female, not the drug. After doing that article about Jane and Kida, I decided to make my own official line-up of Disney Heriones and rank them while I'm at it. So this is sort of a liste and sort of a plain article. Anyway, I kinda set afew rules for myself.
1.She has to be human, but even then the only big losses are Lady and Nala.
2.She can be any age.
3.She has to have some similarities to at least one of the official princesses.
4.Two can be from the same film.So let's get started.

10.Eilonwy
Counterpart: Aurora-long blonde hair, actually a princess
I watched her...

First of all, thanks to all of you, who voted in the picks! Here's the results for Prettiest Disney Princess Eyes as of May 2011!

10. MULAN
Overall people thought that her eyes are not big enough, and not as interesting as the eyes of the other princesses (whatever this means lol) Somehow the shape and the color are not vivid enough to make a lasting impression.

Darkshine said: "I think Mulan's eyes are very pretty"
KataraLover said: "They're beautiful!"

Here's the countdown of Fanpop's favori princess movies.

HERE IS A HUGE BIG HUG AND THANK toi TO CUTEDIANA AND PPGBELLE4 FOR HELPING ME PUT TOGETHER THESE RANKINGS!!
Also thank toi to Cromulanfav for having many good citations to use.

Instructions to lire the list, from AllegroGiocoso's article.

So basically here's how the process worked. I asked people that voted to rank their favori Disney Princes, and they commenté with their ranks (a total of twenty-five users took part). Like with the team articles, the ranks here are an average of the ranks of everyone that commented. A difference...

5.Atlantica
Fictional place under water whose ruler is king Triton. This place is sort of palace-city. It has walls around it, but it doesn't have classical roof, and inner walls and that's what makes it odd and doesn't feel like home.

Other than the fact we couldn't breathe in such place the turn offs were also the look of an abandoned place, kinda ruined, cold, with only few rooms, furniture and details. It surrounding is also quite depressing. Nearby is ship graveyard and nothing else. No other houses, public places for mermen and mermaids, just rocks and seaweeds.
 Room of Triton's daughters
Room of...
