All of the Disney Princess films are works of art. Every shot of every film is literally a piece of art. In this countdown, we celebrated the gorgeous art of all of the films and looked at one of the most under-appreciated aspects of some of our favori childhood films.

10. Tangled
Most people agreed that the animation in Raiponce is impressive and visually stunning, however, it seems those on fanpop prefer hand-drawn animation. Most of the commentaires that gave a reason for why they voted out Raiponce involved the fact that Raiponce uses CGI animation. Many people tried to avoid the issue, but in the end, traditional animation wins over plus modern techniques among those on Fanpop.

“Disney was and is like a seconde family to me, a seconde school (even better than my real school), and it would be always connected with 2d animation in my cœur, coeur and mind.”- PociandSmith
“Gotta be honest here - I chose it because it's CGI, no other reason. I just prefer traditional animation.”- Mongoose09
“Aaah I think it's one of the most impressive. Sorry for some plus CGI hate, I l’amour the animation style from Raiponce but I like the others better.”- dmitri_is_hot

9. Aladdin
Many felt the style in Aladin to be too cartoony. That was really the main reason everybody voted it out. It wasn’t as smooth as other styles, and people prefer the cleaner, smoother Disney style.

“The animation here is just too cartoony and caricatured for my tastes... it's style gets a little annoying to me to be honest. Most of the other DP films have animation styles I really like, but Aladdin's.... not so much. I like every Walt Era movie's animation far better than Aladdin's, along with the animation styles of most Renaissance films.”- AllegroGiocoso
“Definitly Aladdin...It's too cartooney for my taste, especially from Disney.”- Swanpride
“The picture used for TLM is just an awesome example of why I like it more.
I don't have anything against the animation in Aladdin, but it's just not as good.”- Flutey_Girl96

8. The Little Mermaid
I was, frankly, quite surprised this got voted out so early. People a dit there was nothing particularly interesting about it, and that the landscapes and underwater scenes in The Little Mermaid were very plain and lacked detail, and that it looked like it came out years, even decades, before it was released. People also a dit that they did not like that everything was outlined in black. People a dit that while, in general, it was nice, nothing stood out ou made it interesting.

“The animation is not very inpressive, and it looks like it and Sleeping Beauty were released at the same time, which is not good since it came out 30 years after. The backgrounds and the foregrounds of the people/objects clashes; it looks completely seperate. The Black Cauldron has better animation, and it really lacks in comparison to the others”- Jayden-G
“The animation is pretty, but there are hardly any breathtaking moments, and I don't like the thick, black line and sometimes the characters' movements.”- BelleAnastasia
“But I chose The Little Mermaid because while its scenery on land is really nice, but the underwater scenes are ho-hum and most minor characters aren't that well drawn. Compare the minor characters (random people and fish) here and those from Sleeping Beauty and you'll see the difference. I thought they could've done a lot better with the water and the waves, they did a better job with the underwater parts in Pocahontas despite that not even being a major focus of the movie like TLM.”- AllegroGiocoso

7. Mulan
Mulan was simply too simplistic. Those who took part in the vote preferred plus interesting and dynamic styles. Again, while nice, the style was not interesting enough to get any farther in the countown.

“While I l’amour all of the DP animation styles in some way ou another, I prefer the plus interesting ones. Mulan's animation is very pretty and I l’amour the soft round style of everything. It's a little too simple for my tastes though really.”- Jessikaroo
“Just kinda simple...”- jainabiener7
“Mulan impresses me with so many things. However animation is not one of them.”- BelleAnastasia

6. Sleeping Beauty
This one was a surprise to many people. Many were shocked Sleeping Beauty didn’t make the haut, retour au début five. Those who voted it out disliked the darker couleurs used and that it seemed cold. They a dit that the angular style looked strange and it made many of the characters look weird.

“Dark, strange, I don't agree that it is plain but the characters look weird indeed (excepts from the protagonists, animaux and their families).”- PociandSmith
“Out of the Disney Princess films definitely this one has the worst style at least for me. Never liked it, never really liked this dark, cold strange animation. Everything looks strange in this movie, colors, shapes, characters.”- tiffany88
“It's really dark and dull, plus the characters look funny.”- KataraLover

5. The Princess and the Frog
No one was especially specific about what they disliked about this style. This one was, like Mulan, just sort of simple. People a dit they liked the couleurs used, but that it wasn’t as interesting as the others.

“I don't like it that much. True, the couleurs are beautiful, but that's the only positive thing I can say about it.”- BelleAnastasia
“How Sleeping Beauty left and PATF is still here is beyond me.”- AllegroGiocoso
“HOW THE HELL IS THIS STILL HERE OVER SLEEPING BEAUTY?!?!?!”- Mongoose09

4. Cinderella
People a dit that they liked the scale of this animation and backgrounds, as well as how clean it was. However, those who voted it out, again, a dit that it was too simple and not interesting enough to go any further. They a dit it was nothing special and parts of it could be awkward at times.

“The background is beautiful, but some of the characters are drawn awkwardly at times, and it does not stand out”- Jayden-G
“The picture global, ensemble is visually pleasant but rather primitive save for the dress transformation scene and the Cinderella/Charming ball scenes.”- maryksand
“As much as I l’amour the movie, I find nothing special about this animaion. Though I think it's great that it stayed up to this point. But it needs to go out now.”- MissAngelPaws

3. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Those who voted Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs out mainly did so because they found the animation of the haut, retour au début two incredible and something really special. They a dit that this was plus primitive and not as visually interesting, and some a dit that the animation in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was awkward in the movements of Snow White and the animals.

“The thing I really don't like about this animation is how they make Snow White barely open her eyes”- MissAngelPaws
“It's nice and sweet, but not as good as compared to the other 2. BATB and Pocahontas just have amazing animation and great use of the colors.”- BelleAnastasia
“Snow white in my opinion deserves to win, it's par far my favori animation! I think her face looks silly at times but it's still par far the best!”- LatinoLollipops

2. Beauty and the Beast
Those who voted out Beauty and the Beast pointed out how inconsistent it can be and often is. They also a dit that it was very similar to the styles of many other films that left many rounds before it, such as The Princess and the Frog and The Little Mermaid. There were some, though, that found this style incredible, and some even a dit it Beauty and the Beast had the best animation ever. However, it simply couldn’t compare with the style of the winner.

“Rushed and inconsistent and the CGI is atrocious.”- Straggy
“Even though there are other films that have less eye catching animation, the animation in this movie has so many flaws that really throws toi off. toi cannot stop thinking about the inconsistencies once toi notice them, toi could tell that they had a small amount of time for animation at the studio at the time.”- Jayden-G
“BatB should have gone long ago, definitly before Sleeping Beauty and PatF, both films with nearly flawless animation. It's generic and the few impressive scene don't make up for the global, ensemble extremly rushed animation.”- Swanpride

“*headdesk*
Really, I like classic Disney style animation, but the fact that this is still here despite the fact other identical films were voted out, just peeves me out.
On an other note, I l’amour SW's animation, I like the soft, painterly appearance and the graceful flow.”
“*Bangs head on desk*
I'm not fond of either animation, but at least Pocahontas's is interesting and fresh and edgy with gorgeous colour schemes. The fact that BatB is still here despite the fact it's style is identical to TLM and PatF and very similar to Aladdin, Mulan and Cendrillon makes me want to slap something. It does some innovative things, but it's plain.”- Jessikaroo (I found these quite funny and couldn’t leave them out)

Pocahontas
In general, those who took part in the vote really loved this animation. While some thought it was too cold, most found it simply stunning. They a dit that it was an innovative style in comparison to others made par Disney, and that the couleurs used were fantastic. They also loved the landscapes. In general, fanpop loves this style and it won this countdown with two-thirds of both votes and comments.

“While it's very impressive, It's much colder than the other two IMO.”- AllegroGiocoso
“BatB has the best animation ever. Pocahontas is really good, but for instance, I find John Smith's face creepy, the backgrounds beautiful but flat, etc. BatB has so much life in the animation, such a great contrast between light and darkness that it deserves the first position.”- Popcornfan
“Pocahontas is just simply unique, the best animation in my opinion. Beautiful scenes, landscapes, colors.
And the characters are perfect too, I l’amour everything in it.”- tiffany88
 Hello Vlad.
Hello Vlad.
Hi guys, since Halloween is around the corner, here are my lists of which Halloween Historical Figures that the Disney Princess would meet and I will write about their historical background.

1) Vlad the Impaler

Yes, this Romanian Historical Figure was the main inspiration of Bram Stoker's Dracula. He was a sadistic serial killer who would impale his victims and would dip the pain in the blood of his victim and would eat it! Unfortunately, he was assassinated par the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire (modern jour Turkey) and was decapitated. Eerily, his grave was found empty! His Bran château attracts...

I was planning on doing a separate article for each princess, but as toi can see, there was no need to. XD So, here's my favourite hair style and outfit for each Disney Princess! Enjoy!!

Snow White
Hair: Snow White only wears her hair in one way; short and loose. However, she does wear two different coloured bows in her hair; one blue and the other red. Personally, I prefer the link; it really pops and adds a hint of colour in her other wise (very) dark hair.
Outfit; Just like her hair, Snow White only has two styles when it comes to her outfits. I don't really like either of them, but since I'm...

 Anna and Elsa.
Anna and Elsa.
Hi guys, now if toi all remember an article that I wrote about this 'deleted' song composed par Alan Menken himself under my old nom d’utilisateur as dee389. Now, here are the pros and cons on whether ou not the song should be in the final film ou not.

It Should Have Been in the Film

I personally think that it should be in the film, it could be sung as duet between either for Hans & Anna, Kristoff & Anna ou Anna & Elsa. But most likely latter, because it's like Anna is telling her sister to l’amour again after years of being estranged.

It Should Not Be in the Film

Due to the time constraint of the film, I was partially glad that this song did not make it to the song. Wish it was anyway, it also gives the Lopez a chance to composer a new song despite that they did the Winnie the Pooh movie previously.

Love Can't Be Denied

So what are your thoughts about this song? To be ou not to be, that is the question!

Part Two continues the list. These are the girls I love. There are things about them that I respect much like I did with the last set of girls from my Part One article, but they stand out plus to me because I would want to meet these girls. Like the last article, I used pictures to represent what I like best about each Princess.

 The Prince and the Pauper
The Prince and the Pauper
Hi guys, since I l’amour to see a DP with twin princesses, here are my liste of possible films that Disney might want to make.

1) The Prince and the Pauper

I know that Disney had made this starring Mickey Mouse, if there was a Princess version of it. It would be a good idea, the story setting will set in either South Korea ou Japan.
The story will be 100% faithful towards its original story par Mark Twain.

2) The Man in the Iron Mask

I l’amour this story very much, since watching the 1998 version with Leonardo Di Caprio in it. They will base it on the 1998 version, with the exception that the evil twin redeems himself in the end. Making the first twin princesses to become 2 queens and will rule the country with l’amour and peace, making them the 2 beloved Queens.

Conclusion

Since I only have 2 suggestions as listed, if there are anymore suggestions. Please feel free to add plus in the comments.

 Hans' Austrian cousin.
Hans' Austrian cousin.
Hi guys, I thought it would be interesting to compare Hans to another main antagonist from a live action movie The Illusionist, Crown Prince Leopold. As well as their motives and personality.

Crown Prince Leopold

Crown Prince Leopold was actually base on the real-life Crown Prince Rudolf of Austria-Hungary, the only son of Emperor Francis Joseph and Empress Elisabeth (Sissi) of Austria.
Sadly to say, Rudolf allegedly committed suicide along with his 17 years old mistress, Baroness Mary Vetsera at this Hunting Lodge at Mayerling. Known as the Mayerling Incident.
Crown Prince Leopold is actually...

Shop til you drop ladies!
I l’amour shopping! It's one of my favourite hobbies. I once did this for a poll, a couple of years ago. I thought I'd take it a step further. So this is completely in my opinion. This about choosing shops that match their personalities and other little details about them like how they decorate a accueil ou what their hobbies are for example. The shops that I've chosen are the ones I visit, have walked past, visited online ou have actually shopped in.

I've added one extra for Jasmine. One of my Friends mentioned it. I checked it out online and I'm very happy with it. I hope toi will be too.

This is my opinion only. But I believe the reasons that Evil Queen from Snow White and Lady Treamine from Cendrillon mistreat the titular characters is different from the in-story explanation.

Evil Queen used the fact Snow was pretty as an excuse to get rid of an heir to the trône which I presumable that the Queen was ruling for Snow.

Lady Treamine's daughters might be older par a few months in the animated Disney movie. And back in those days older daughters were suppose to marry before younger ones.

I don't really have a reason for Edward's step-mother, Narcissa. But I assume that the Kingdom is suppose to be run mostly par a Queen?
Don't leave us, Cendrillon and Prince Charming!!
Don't leave us, Cinderella and Prince Charming!!
"Well, I hope that we're not in trouble!" a dit Cendrillon nervously. "Now, now why are the both of us in trouble? We didn't do anything wrong, she just wants to talk to us." a dit Prince Charming calmly.
After dinner, Both Cendrillon and Prince Charming go to Dee Dee's room alone. All of the princesses, Ella, Prince Kit and Dee Dee are also in the room too. "Hi there, I heard that the both of toi are leaving for Paris, France for good, is that true?" asks Dee Dee sadly, all of the princesses are sad that they start to cry, especially Snow White and Aurora.
"Yes, toi all must take care of yourself...

That evening, Mulan, Pocahontas, and Merida decided to go for a walk around the land. They hadn't really had a chance to talk to each other because of everything that went on. "I'm glad toi all were able to come down here." Pocahontas confessed. "I couldn't say no to such scenery!" Mulan replied. "I, on the other hand, wanted to see YOU." Merida joked. The 3-some laughed. They sat down on some wooden arbre stumps.

"I'm really glad I met toi two. Rapunzel and her rumored cousins were NO match for me." Merida said. Pocahontas and Mulan smiled. "I'm thankful I had both of toi par my side when Rolfe...
