 Me from 2009
Me from 2009
Okay I am finally écriture one of these...so here goes:

I have been on fanpop since 2007, but I have taken some sabbaticals here and there. My name is Kim and I am the 30 yr old mother of 3 beautiful girls. This June me and my prince will have been married 10 wonderful yrs. We live in TN, but I am originally from TX. I received my BA (major/minor ART)in 2007 and hope to one jour go back to college and get my Masters and become a art teacher, but as of right now my job is being a stay-at-home mom (and I l’amour it!)Also on a side note I know that I look young, but I am 30. Many people think that my daughters are my sisters and that I am my husbands 4th daughter (he is only 6 yrs older). I have been told I will enjoy looking younger one day, but right now it is annoying. I have gotten carded for just being in a bar and drinking water.
 my favori Princess
my favori Princess

I started getting on fanpop out of boredom and mostly did the princess site because of all the great images I found on Deviant art. Most of my picks from the beginning have been pick your favori image out of the ones listed, but recently I have started focusing on other questions. I also started the games in the forum area called Princess, princes, villain’s games (The first one I did was in 2007) and I did it in the Buffy spot too.

My favori Princess:

When I was younger Ariel was my favori Princess, but now that I am older I really like Tiana and the message that she gives about hard work and earning what toi get. My daughters on the other hand are different. My 8 yr old likes Mulan because she is Rebelle and my 4 yr old likes Rapunzel because she has long hair.

My favori Books:

Oh my....um way too many to list. I already wrote one article with some listed, but I l’amour to read so much I can't even remember all the livres I have read. My daughters l’amour to read too, which is great! I l’amour fantaisie and comedy, and a little bit of romance ;)... C.S. Lewis (I have read the Narnia livres over and over), The Little House on the Prairie series (The first livres I ever read when I was little), Dragon Lance (my brother introduced this to me in 5th grade and they are the reason I l’amour fantasy), Terry Pratchett (Discworld is awesome!), Mercedes Lackey (I l’amour a lot of her books), Mary Janice Davidson (her Betsy the vampire Queen series is hilarious!), Harry Potter, ect.... I also l’amour Comic books. My brother got me interested when I came across his Conan comics when I was about 9 ou 10. I really like the superhero comics too.
 YUM!
YUM!

My favori films and T.V. Shows:

My gosh there are way too many to name again! But I l’amour anime, and fantasy, and comedy, but I do not like horror ou anything too boring ou too reality based. I like to escape reality in my entertainment not get plus depressed and paranoid. My favori movie of all time is The 10th Kingdom, but I also really Like Rocky Horror Picture Show, Disney’s Robin Hood, Pirates of the Caribbean (Johnny Depp yum), Hell Boy, Princess and the Frog, Tangled, The Incredibles, Howls Moving Castle, Spirited Away, The secret world of Arriety, Iron Man, Sherlock Holmes, ect. I really l’amour Hayao Miyazaki's work and I am a sucker for anything to do with superheroes (YAY for the Avengers movie). Now I have not had a T.V. for about 4 years so I do not watch T.V., but I can watch my favori shows online! Game of Thrones, Venture Brothers, Grimm, Merlin, Once upon a Time, Caprica, Buffy, Charmed, Avatar the last Air bender, Eureka, Supernatural, Doctor Who (David Tennant is my favori doctor!),Wizards of Waverly Place, Phineas and Ferb, Ruby Gloom are some of my favoris (of course some can be blamed on the kids).

Other things:

I l’amour art and spending time with my family. Right now my artistic passion is coming out in sewing and cooking. I have dabbled in a lot of different mediums (I even started a mural on my girls mur and need to finish it), but I started sewing a few years il y a and I l’amour it! I have done Tutus, dress up clothes, pillows, purses, monsters, ect and I would like to sell them, but mostly I give them as gifts!. My husband is the cook in the family and he is awesome! But since he works constantly I do all the cooking now and I have had to learn. I am now doing things from scratch and making healthy, delicious meals the kids will eat. I also l’amour to bake! My favori foods are chocolat and Chinese! And I used to be super picky till my husband came into my life and showed me that there a lot of delicious, unusual dishes out there!
 LOL! Me and the hubby!
LOL! Me and the hubby!

Me and my husband have had a strange, crazy relationship, but fate brought us together and we have been happy ever since (well with a few rough patches in between). I think the worst thing we went through was when he was in Iraq for a an (he is in the National Guard). At the time our oldest was 5 and starting school for the first time (she had a hard time and thought her father abandoned her) and our middle child had just turned 1, but we got through it and it made us stronger. As soon as he got back we conceived out third beautiful child and now our family is complete!
 TN beauty!

Well I hope toi have enjoyed getting to know me!

Raya and the Dragon is a Disney animated film that was released in 2021. Like with a lot of Disney animated films, it's been getting great reviews. Does it deserve that? Does it live up to the hype? That's what this review is about.

Plot:

Raya and the Last Dragon's plot is about people of different nations, who used to get along with each power, becoming rivals who fight over pieces of power. Raya's father dreamed of bringing peace to the nations, but it's Raya herself who will have to make that happen. It's up to her to find the last dragon, Sisu, and get her to bring peace to the world. Raya...

Hi guys, I just want to let toi know that I got to see Mulan a few days il y a and like Beauty and the Beast. I have mixed feeling about this live action reboot, so here is my review on the movie that was postpone on numerous occasions due to the COVID-19.

The Story

I was really quite happy with a number of changes in the film, like we get to see Mulan's childhood plus like what we see in Cinderella. I am very happy that she has a sister to talk to, to which I will get to that part later on!
Secondly, she does provide comic relief while in the army along with the soldiers. Whom the latter did not...

1. Congrats on winning fan of the Month! How does it feel?
Thanks! It feels amazing and very surprising. I never would have guessed I'd win.

2. What was the last Disney movie toi watched in theaters? (animated ou live action)
I haven't been to the theaters much recently. So, I think it was Toy Story 4 last summer.

3. Who is your favori Disney character? (live action ou animated, Pixar ou Disney)
Scrooge McDuck <333

4. Which Disney owned franchise do toi like more? (The Simpsons, Marvel, étoile, star Wars, etc) Why?
Of all the franchises they own my favori would probably be Mickey souris and Friends....

Just a heads up there's going to be a lot of sad personal stuff brought up so if toi don't want to read this that's totally understandable.

How much did I like this movie when it came out?

I had some reservations about this movie because I didn't know for sure if it was going to be good especially since I hadn't seen too much stuff about it. But after hearing How Far I'll Go I knew I wanted to watch this movie even if it was just to hear that song on the big screen. My husband and I saw it for my birthday and even though the villain twist...

Of course, we all have our faves and we feel a certain way when our favori princesses are getting criticized. For me, I do feel like Tiana gets quite a bit of flack, some deserved but some is quite overboard. For example, people call Tiana mean and even ruthless for simply doing what rayon, ray tells her par leaving him to fight off the shadows par himself but if she went against his orders, toi know that would be yet another opportunity for people to call her condescending. So I'm just gonna counter some complaints against Tiana.

Human Tiana is plus likable than frog Tiana.
Not really gonna disagree...

Favorite Belle
O 4
R 3

Both versions of Belle are fine, but there is something about both of them that people l’amour that makes them prefer one over the other. The people who picked original Belle grew up with Paige O'Hara's voice who put her cœur, coeur and soul in her role as Belle, and then the people who picked remake Belle like that she's an inventor. One user a dit they prefered original Belle because they didn't like Emma's jouer la comédie and compared to Paige Emma was pretty wooden and even with any positive changes made to her Belle bad jouer la comédie can ruin...

I know La Reine des Neiges isn't part of the Disney Princess franchise but this movie was on the liste of films to watch for months before I finally started doing these articles so please just go with it. ou don't read it. Whichever keeps things drama free.

Tonight's rewatch: Frozen

How much did I like this movie as a kid?
I was 20 going on 21 when this movie was released in theaters so I wasn't exactly a kid, plus like a kid at heart. I wasn't excited about this movie at the time and it didn't help when Disney released childrens livres that spoiled the plot, including the Hans spoilers,...

 I know I'm awesome
I know I'm awesome
I'm on a villain appreciation kick right now and since the blatant drainage of all the charisma from his character in the remake is still fresh in my memory I figured I'd give Gaston some props. Some people would call him a lame villain but I actually think he's really cool and these are some reasons why.

He's Hans from La Reine des Neiges done right. Subversion of Disney trends is the name of the game in modern DP films, but like I've been saying, Disney Princess films have been subverting and reinventing themselves before Disney Princess even became a brand. In the Little Mermaid, the princess rescues...

 No ones audition like Gaston!
No ones audition like Gaston!
Hi guys, since I had put this article in the Beauty and the Beast page. So, here are my choices for those who have not read the article yet and for your convenience! This article is basically on what would really happen if Luke Evans hadn't gotten the part of muscular narcissist bully.

1. Tom Burke

Yes, Alan Rickman's godson who played Roland and Bentley Drummle in Dragon Heart: A New Beginning and the 2011 miniseries Great Expectations respectively. From these 2 roles, he could the arrogant Gaston!

2. Colin Farrell

This Irish bad boy really is the ideal Gaston, his voice is gruffy and I bet...

Hello ! I thought a liste of the DPs and what I like/dislike about them would be a good way to introduce myself to this club, so here it is ! Making this list, I was surprised at how difficult it was. I have a few princesses I dislike, but I really l’amour most of them and it was hard to class them all. Some of them seem too low when I look at their rank, but then when I actually try to put them higher I realize I l’amour the ones above just as much !

N°11: ARIEL

One of the only two princesses I actually dislike. She's a spoiled child who only thinks of herself, which would be fine if it was supposed...

All Dp films are nice. We can’t say anything absolutely bad, each film has something that stunned us. I am being impartial. Yea, each DP film has at least one thing that I love.

•    Snow white and the seven dwarves

1.    The Queen is my most attractive female villain. Sorry Snow white, but I think the Queen was plus beautiful than her. Her luscious red lips and seductive eyes! She’s sexy!

2.    The huntsman is my most handsome DP villain human sidekick! Nothing to say!

•    Cinderella

1.    So...
