that might be because I had heard so much about it before watching it that I was prepared for anything.

Yes, it's better you watch something before it gets too talked.


I was a lot more shocked by the scene where one of the guys beat the rapist with the fire extinguisher.

OMG yes. :O That was at the very beginning and I was left with my mouth open while covering my eyes. It was awful.

I like the idea of the story being told backwards.

Ah.. I love her!! From her movies, my favorites are Breakfast at Tiffany's, Charade, How To Steal a Million and War and Peace :)

Tbh I don't like Monica Bellucci that much.

I'm not really a fan of old movies, but I really wanna see Gone with the Wind, since CB are often compared with Rhett/Scarlett. :D

I watched it for the first time when I was still a child. Now, I have it on dvd, it's a wonderful classic. Rhett and Scarlett are very similar to CB, yes. Both as individuals and their story as a couple.

Why not?

I just don't think she's THAT talented. In Italy we lack of good actresses, but she's deffo not the best. We have few good actors, but they are not very well known. There's only one tv show in Italy that is really worth watching and that is beautifully shot, written, acted and directed, but of course it's not famous at all. Sometimes I wonder what the hell is so wrong here with italian TV. XD

Haha.. here there are no fiction shows on tv worth watching, atm. Most of the shows made here are telenovelas, though.. and they all suck, it's always the same thing. But I know some of them are pretty popular in some other countries.. specially in Latin America.

Hmmm.. now that I think about it, I can only remember 4 italian movies that I've seen in my entire life.. hehe

LOL! There aren't many that I like.. I would recommend The Year My Parents Went on Vacation. There's a director that made some good movies, but I don't know if it's easy to find them on the internet.. their are not really famous movies.

Ok, I just watched it and it didn't really appeal to me.
Yeah, no Effy is one of the reasons. I can't imagine Skins without her. But also because I can barely keep up with the shows I'm watching anymore and there are still other shows I wanna start.

I never watched this show, though.. just Aria/Ezra scenes on YT, cause everyone was talking about them. And some Spencer scenes with her two guys. I LOLed when I saw one of them was one of the actors from Rebelde :D

Maybe it'll suprise me in a good way, who knows?

I'll watch it cause they say the SLs will go in another direction after the first 4 eps, even though 2 of them (1x01 and 1x04 I think) are complete copycats of series 1. The cast looks good and the other promo they released intrigued me.

& It's funny, because I've just read the article which says how all the teens shows are all about sex, sex and sex nowadays. And it mentions tv shows such as "Two and a Half Men", "The Vampire Diaries", "Glee", "The Big Bang Theory", "90210" and "Gossip Girl". It has to do with the Parents Television Council...

Have they ever seen Skins..Misfits..british shows at all? XD Do not think so.
