Angel Beats! Question

When toi first started watching AB, what was your impression of Noda?

I thought he was a meat-head, who just wanted to do battle with everyone... He really annoyed me. However, I came to respect his character, even if I didn't like it that much. He's overly serious and aggressive, but a great fighter and very handy to have in a battle.

And par the way, in drama cd, he recollected some part of his past on being a person who burdens his mother as a hikkikomori i.e. the one who shuts himself away from society. I got this from wikia.

Maybe that's why he's hostile to Otonashi and a hard case, because of his précédant life outside of the Afterlife.

Yeah, he is pretty cool. I guess he just gives a bad first impression, at least, until the watcher comes to understand him a little more.
