I wanna ring the RSPCA!!!

Their's this girl who livs near me she is a an younger and I saw her kick her dog and I was going to scream in her face and tell her she ain't good enough to hav a dog and tht he/she desearves better,
but I was so mad tht I told her she had better be careful because I was watching her
so I think I should call the RSPCA but what do toi think?
