1 (14.5 oz.) Can Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained
1 (14.5 oz.) Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes, undrained
1 Tbsp. Jalapenos (I use the canned type, toi can even use the ones that are for nachos)
1/4 cup (half a medium) Onion, diced
1/2 Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Sugar
Fresh Cilantro


In nourriture processor place jalapenos and onions, both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin. Process for a few secondes at a time, toi don't want to purée, réduire en purée it. Add a few leaves of fresh cilantro, again, just go with how much toi want in there ou according to your family's taste.

800 gr of tomate (weigh after it's been peeled and chopped)....it's about 5 medium tomatoes
400 gr of pomme (weigh after peeling and chopping into cubes)......about 4 and a half apples
900 gr of sugar (2 lbs), I used about 4 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cinnamon stick (if toi don't have it, don't worry just add in some ground cinnamon to taste)


I start par peeling my tomate and the way I do it, is to cut an x on the bottom of each,then pop them into a big pot of water, bring to the boil, then drain the tomatoes. Remove the skin and cut off the stem.

Cut the tomatoes into small chunks and pop into a big pan....

For the crust:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus plus for rolling out the dough)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening, cubed
1/4 cup butter, cubed and at room temperature (I mean it – if it’s cold, it won’t cut into the flour the right way)
2-3 tablespoons cold water

Filling:
2-3 tablespoons of confiture (any flavor is fine)

For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons of milk
sprinkles (any kind will do)

3-4 good baking apples

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature, cubed
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ou plus to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 packed cup light brown sugar

Steps :

1. Preheat the four to 375 degrees F. Peel and core apples, then chop in roughly 1/3 to 1/2-inch chunks. Place apples in a glass pie plate. Stir together sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples.


2. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the beurre and rub it into the flour with your fingers, mix well with a pastry blender, ou pulse the dry ingredients and beurre in a nourriture processor until the mixture resembles crumbs. Mix in the brown sugar until blended.

3. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples.

4. Bake until the topping is crisp and golden, which should be 25-30 minutes. Serve warm.

Coffee Cake
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
1 cup LAND O LAKES® acide, sure Cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (21-ounce) can cerise pie filling**

Topping
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter


Directions
Heat four to 325°F. Combine 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup beurre in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
