Game of Thrones has very exciting, clever writing. Instead of having traditional Heroes and villains, the montrer has several characters who blur the line between good and evil. There are lots of characters and subplots. Because of that, it can get hard to follow and understand everything that's going on. However, that doesn't change the fact that there are several great storylines that are full of satisfying twists and surprises.

In most shows, there's a clear protagonist. However, Game of Thrones has several different protagonists. This type of ensemble montrer may seem like a risk, but it's a risk that has paid off. If one of the protagonists doesn't appeal to you, there's a good chance that there's a different protagonist that will catch your attention. The montrer has a wide variety of great characters of both genders.

However, that season had a lot of great development for the characters. Also, the season's big battle episode has one of the greatest action scenes in the history of television.
