It's not everyday toi see content with plus fans than views. Kinda suspicious, if toi ask me. :S

MrOrange16 At least it wasn't Google. But photobucket is just crawling with photo theives anyway; taking pictures and claiming it as their own. It's not a good source to get images. Or credit, for that matter.

misanthrope86 While I would suggest that this content has probably been whored, it is important to note that the views thing is pretty inaccurate. Firstly, people can rate images in the list view, so people maybe be viewing the images without viewing them directly, but still fanning them. Secondly, that view counter is so inaccurate. Sometimes I have seen images that have multiple comments on them, but 0 views, which is impossible.

Folks, we're deciding the future direction of Fanpop, and one of the questions is if we should bring back five-star ratings to replace the "fan of it" button.

VRSOF hasn't been active due, in part, to the lack of a downvoting system . The "fan of it" button was part of a larger Internet trend towards simplifying voting, but it's entirely possible that it turned it down too far.
