There are some villains that got enough time to shine that they've become some of my favori animated characters. However there are some villains that despite being fun characters that didn't get enough to shine. The following liste is about villains that I like, but need plus screen time.
5. the Duke of Weselton (Frozen)
The Duke of Weselton was a very amusing villain, but his role was too small. Since Prince Hans is the main villain the Duke didn't get enough to do. He didn't even get to fight the heroes. The Duke should be the main villain in a La Reine des Neiges film. Despite his lack of screen time he was lots of fun, but he deserves more.
4. Giovanni (Pokémon)
Giovanni is the main villain in the Pokémon animé show, but his screen time is limited. It's bizarre that the main villain gets less screen time than his sidekicks. He's a really cool and entertaining villain. He's my Pokémon character and I wish he had plus screen time.
3. Mister Clipboard (Foodfight!)
Mr. Clipboard is 1 of the villains in Foodfight!. Even though Foodfight! isn't that great I l’amour Mr. Clipboard. He was such a delightfully eccentric villain. Sadly he's in 3 scenes which isn't enough. He should of been in a few plus scenes.
2. Licorice Whip (Strawberry Shortcake)
Licorice Whip is a villain in the 2003 fraise tarte, shortcake show. He was so cool and fun that he's my favori fraise tarte, shortcake character. Sadly he's in 1 episode. He should of been a recurring villain. I like the Pie Man, but Licorice Whip is a better and glacière villain.
1. Filthy Rich (Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree)
Filthy Rich got ripped off. Despite being important Mr. Rich is only in 3 scenes. Mr. Clipboard was also in 3 scenes, but Mr. Rich's scenes are shorter! All of Mr. Rich's scenes are like 1 minute long. The film kept hinting at him being a cool and fun villain. The climax was about ruining Filthy Rich's villsinous plan so it would make sense for him to finally do something, but he didn't. In the climax he has no dialogue and walks away. This is the largest waste of potential for any animated character! Every jour since I last saw the film I've felt mad at how they wasted Mr. Rich.
