Big Jim shows a little cœur, coeur — but just a little — in exclusive Under the Dome clip 

Does Big Jim have a heart when it comes to anyone other than his dog Indy? A new clip from 

 suggests he just might – but only for a few moments at a time.

In the exclusive clip above from this week’s episode of 

, “Plan B,” Big Jim has a surprisingly sweet moment with Hunter, who only episodes ago Jim was willing to kill if need be. (This being a man who has, more than once, considered killing his own son, of course. So, pointing a gun at someone is just a regular Tuesday for Jim, it seems). 

Hunter is feeling down about his place in the resistance force. While Joe, Norrie, and Julia are off running around and attempting to save Chester’s Mill, Hunter feels useless in being bound to the house. But as Big Jim helps him to see, he’s played a bigger role in the fight than Hunter may have thought. And he’s there to feed Indy, which guarantees Jim won’t kill him for at least a few days.
