I prefered Daniel and Betty in season 3 the most..Even though the writers focused in their relationships with other partners, they gave us some Detty scenes that I can't forget! I think that their relationship grew more in this season!They grew more through their relationship!

But I also have to mention that I liked them in season 1 too..For, even though they knew each other for so little time ,they almost immediately established an impotant bond between them!!

If only Silvio Horta had kept his mouth closed!

sorry detty4ever- i should've explained it more clearly. but i meant, in which season did you prefer detty in- as in terms of the moments, scenes that you liked the most. think back on all those moments- which ones made you smile, laugh, happy, adore their ship.

Ahhh okay gosh this is completely insanely difficult for me, though in the end I chose Season 3 because it was the season I felt they really showed that there could be something beyond the realm of friendship for Daniel/Betty but gosh how many great moments exist!

Season 1
It really had so many great moments of friendship for them, in the respect of their growth this season would have to win it for me! They had some of the greatest moments, really. How about the bar scene in Lose the Boss, or their very first hug, or when Daniel woke up in Betty's bed in Lose the Boss, or Daniel and Betty's adorable scene on the Brooklyn Bridge in In or Out or when Betty helped Daniel after Alexis was 'reborn', or Daniel standing up for Betty against Wilhelmina. The moment in Petra Gate when their friendship was tested or when Daniel helped Betty's family by sending them to Mexico when they couldn't afford it and the many many more moments that just made me fall in love with them and not to mention the billion cute scenes that made you laugh or smile!

Season 2
This season wasn't very rich with Daniel and Betty moments, especially considering that they didn't spend as much time together as in the previous seasons. But it still had moments that make rewatching it worthwhile. The cute Daniel/Betty moments after he left the hospital, and she was trying to get over Henry. When Betty thought so much of how he felt about her writing and the cute scene that followed. The way Daniel tried to protect Betty from Henry and the fights they had that followed, like him calling her stupid and her being very upset (I guess maybe that isn't a good scene exactly, but it shows how much he truly cares for her.) When Daniel fired Betty because he thought she was disloyal and the scenes that followed in the hospital when his Dad was there, especially the hand-holding scene which stole my heart. The birthday present Daniel made sure not to forget, the ENTIRE episode of BURNING QUESTIONS because really how completely hilarious was that! And ZERO WORSHIP, the entire episode was amazing. And the finale when Daniel didn't want Betty to leave because he coudn't imagine Mode without her...and of course many moments I am sure I am forgetting to mention that I found extremely adorable.

Season 3
Wow almost every episode in Season 3 had something cute for Daniel/Betty in it...I really loved specific moments,like Daniel/Betty back together after a summer in the premiere, Crimes of Fashion hug and belief in Daniel, the hug outside Betty's apartment, or the fight about Tornado Girl, the visiting of the media guy whose name currently escapes me in the suburbs, the dancing at Daniel's wedding, the MANY HUGS, Filing for the Enemy fights, cute Daniel making fun of Betty's crush on Jesse moments, the ending scene of There's No Place Like Mode, Daniel's funny reaction to Matt, Daniel in the bunny suit in Rabbit Test and the adorable moment with Detty that followed, Daniel and Betty scenes in the finale episodes, especially the last 'I need you' scene, which COMPLETELY BROKE MY HEART and so many other great scenes that for me just completely showcased the amazingness that is Daniel/Betty <3

I also want to mention "Punch out" from season one as a great Detty episode, for even though they fight in this one, all the scenes that Betty has are in relation to Daniel!!! It also has that hilarious dialogue between Betty and Christina "Your whole life is Daniel"!

And later my favourite quote from the whole eppy delivered by Christina to Betty:

"You're addicted! If he(Daniel) was crack, you would sell your nephew for a bite of him!" lol!


Also from season 3 I don't forget the letter of recomendation in "When Betty met YETI" six whole pages!!

And Betty's dream in which Daniel and Betty are old! "You're my Betty"!

CRUSH'D!!! Best Detty scene ever!! "You have to believe me when I say this..You are beautiful!"

Also I have to say that my favourite quote from season 3 belongs to Claire!! "HER NAME WOULDN'T BE BETTY, WOULD IT?"

OMG thanks a billion waichingliu81 that is totally who I was thinking of, how could I forget that name is beyond me! lol

And detty4ever, totally right, those scenes are great, I KNEW I was forgetting a bunch of great Detty scenes, there are just so many it is impossible to name them all!

But OMG Claire's line was an INSTANT classic Detty line for me, she is a total shipper, I really believe that!
And Betty/YETI, ahhh that scene was EPIC, and Punch Out, I LOVE the fight scene, lol idk why I guess it just proves how much they mean to each other, even though Daniel pretends not, his face when he turns around shows his care!
And of course all the moments you mentioned are amazing!

i must say that whilst there weren't as many detty moments in season 3, compared to season 1, there were more of them compared to season 2. especially it was so tied up with that betty/henry/gio love triangle.

i know people have said they can't see betty with daniel because they think it just wouldn't work out, but i don't think that it is true. and silvio horta, regardless of what he says has to stick with the original formula and have betty and daniel together in the end. not doing this would not only insult detty fans everywhere, but also would be a travesty towards the original ugly betty, yo soy betty la fea.

hopefully, we'll see more amazing dettiness in season 4 :).

i love Betty when she was there for Daniel when his dad died. i have not see season 3 yet,so i dont know:)
