During one of Zuko's flashbacks, she was shown to be superior in acrobatics even as a child, able to gracefully perform a series of cartwheels and somersaults, at which Azula failed. Azula roughly pushed Ty Lee down to the ground in retaliation for upstaging her, then laughed at Ty Lee's expense. Ty Lee's clear annoyance with this behavior, however, did not stop her from happily going along with Azula's plan to humiliate Mai and Zuko, on whom Mai has a crush. After Azula orchestrated a situation in which Mai and Zuko fell into a fountain, Ty Lee teased the pair about being "cute" together.[5]...
