Girl Code:
The Pamela Jones Sequel
Introduction
“Hurry up! Hurry up! Hurry up! Come on! Come on! Come on!” I yelled on the haut, retour au début of my lungs.
“I’m going as I fast as I can!” Adam yelled.
“I’ll be late!” I shot back.
“Calm down sweetie, I’ll take ya.” Ryler a dit appearing beside me.
I grinned and opened my mouth to say sure, but Adam beat me to it. “No way are is she going on that death trap!”
Ryler laughed at his half attire, looking at his boxers. “Hello kitty, what a lovely one!”
“Shut up! toi are not taking her on that motorcycle!”
Ryler rolled his eyes. “I’ll go slow-”
“You better not,” I mutter.
“I just got it, man! I’m driving it! Besides, toi don’t look presentable.”
Adam scowled. “Whatever.”
“Love toi bro!” I say, hugging him, before going out the door, hand in hand with my boyfriend.
Welcome back gal’s and goy’s! If your first lire this then shame on you! My name is Pamela Jones, but call me Pamela and meet my fist. Your lire my document (NOT diary), where I got from the anger management when I was five for breaking a kid’s nose.
My parents congratulated me for my awesome defensive skills, most people think that’s bad to be good at, I tell them to stuff it. Like I’ve told toi before this overly cheerful women gave me this diary and told me to write my thoughts. What happened during the jour and how I felt, like a book if toi will.
Which is what your lire now.
“Were here,” Ryler a dit with mock cheerfulness, as he parked his beloved motorcycle, and laughed when I groaned. “You’ll do great PJ, I’ll pick toi up.”
I nodded, smiling as he gave me a quick Kiss on the lips.
“Have fun!” He shouted when he started his motorcycle.
“Like that’ll happen!” I yelled back, the last thing I heard before entering the school was the sound of his booming laughter.
It was such a nice sound too.
“Okay Pamela, please stand up and present to the class who toi are.” My overly excited teacher told me.
Now all I really wanted to do was coup de poing her face for the use of the P name I’ve envied so much, Beth smiled encouragingly at me as I stood up with my paper. Dread after dread.
All I wanna do right now is hang out with my super hot boyfriend Ryler, who I bet is waiting for me at home. I don’t want to be here, especially on the first day.
Always, on the first jour of school, toi have to stand up and present yourselves. My name is blah blah, blah, and what I did for the summer was blah, blah, blah, and what I like is…
It’s not like I feel like throwing up, ou that I shake when standing up. I sympathize those people, no it’s because I’m going to have to describe my boring vacation for the summer, and tell every little detail. One thing I love, however, about this is, it’s game time buddy.
I’ve been known to make lists of who will probably turn out to Queen bee’s, us gal’s enemies, and whatnot, and I’m usually never wrong, except about Sage, who I was very wrong about.
“How’s everyone doing this lovely day?” I ask with false cheeriness, nobody answers. “Wow, tough crowd.”
I sigh. “My name is Pamela Jones, BUT!”
Everyone jumped in their seats, except for my gal’s of course.
“I like to be called Pam, if toi please.” I flash them the sweet smile Adam taught me. “I did nothing over the summer, hung out. I don’t have many interests, my problem not yours. And my life…is like a Jones’s, crazy, any questions for me I’ll be in the back of the class.”
I walk to my seat, hiding my smile at the stunned stares, oh introductions could be fun if toi know how to twist them. Luckily my teacher was sweet enough to not send me to the principal’s office on the first day. But I wouldn’t mind, me and the principal, uncle and niece.
The teacher nodded. “Okay, yes, um…”
I mostly zoned out from the rest, that is, until someone gal material came to the stand.
“Prescott Sonera.”
A girl came sauntering up to the stand, her hair was blonde, a light blonde, but it was dip died in a good looking purple, and she had a few highlights of an assortment of dark couleurs (such as red, blue, etc.). She wore a nice black chemisier with a cute pleated skirt, studs rebelliously decorated on it. She wore mellow appartements though, probably the only thing mellow.
As soon as got to the stand she waved. “Hello, my fellow students. I am Prescott Sonera, though I prefer to be called Scotty, I have a short temper so don’t test it.”
Scotty looked up to the ceiling in thought. “What did I do for my summer? Now there’s so many things, mind you…ugh, that’s right nothing. I don’t really do anything.”
Scotty shrugged. “My interest are slim, I like reading, writing, singing, dancing, acting, being strange and different, original my dear folks. That’s about it…”
“Oh! I’m new, moved from L.A, I spend most Christmas and spring vacations in Miami, and now that’s it.”
Scotty grinned at the class, who like me were now awake, and once again our teacher was flustered.
“Um, yes…So could-”
I zoned out of the rest as I watched Scotty walk to her desk, and looked at Sage and Beth, they all had the same expressions.
Who was this girl?
“Okay,” Beth a dit once she took a siège suivant to me, tray full. “This an is going to be crazy, all my classes are scattered, not to mention I have to rush here to get in line to get my nourriture faster, and my snacks.”
I shrugged. “Calm down, bubs.”
“Calm down! Were eating outside, we used to eat inside.” Beth whined.
Sage rolled her eyes. “Were eating outside because those freshman are hogging all the good seats and tables inside this year, last an it was outside.”
“But it’s burning hot! My hair’s getting frizzy, and I just straightened it today too.” Beth touched her honey straight hair.
“I liked it better when it was curls,” Ali muttered. “You looked so much nicer.”
Beth glared at her. “Eat your sushi.”
“With pleasure,” Ali whispered taking a long bite.
“Your nasty,” Beth a dit while the rest of us were laughing.
Sage sighed. “Ugh, I can’t believe we have some periods together. How am I going to survive without my gal’s?!”
I groaned. “I know, I remember some people from last year, but I don’t like them very much.”
Beth shrugged. “Meet and greet, but there’s at least one of us in all of our classes so far, so partners for life?”
We nodded, saying the code. “And eternity!”
“Calm down chica,” Beth a dit as Sage almost choked on her food.
“I just want to get through the rush.” Ali said, and we all nodded in agreement.
In case toi didn’t know, the rush is our gal’s talk of saying the craziness in the beginning of the year. Trying to get to our classes on time, not trying to stomp on the fresh meat (also known as freshmen), and trying to get sorted into a daily routine.
We were starting to get into routine, like this an we are eating outside for lunch and near the table, tableau with shade, if we get there on time.
“I like eating inside,” Ali whined. “I like having my old classes, and I hate to say it, but I miss Meredith’s annoying cackle and the freshmen’s horrified faces.”
“Has anyone seen Grey?” Beth asked. “I didn’t see him in any of my classes.”
Sage shrugged. “Worry causes wrinkles and bumps up your stress. Don’t think too hard.”
Beth shrugs, “just another gal worry.”
“For a gal who has a boyfriend.” Ali grinned. “It’s good to be free.”
Beth rolled her eyes, as Sage laughed, and I smiled at Ali.
Ali laughed. “You guys are priceless.” She looked pass up. “New girl coming this way.”
We all turned to look as Scotty was making her way through the cafeteria, she didn’t look lost, like the fresh meat, she surveyed the room with the purpose. We all turned our backs away from her, to not look to stalky and creepy, and continued in our lunch.
“Talking about that girl,” Sage said. “Remember our good times when we first met.”
Ali grinned. “When Beth still had braces.”
I smiled. “I remember when Sage walked in the class, and things just went quiet! I remember going, enemy coming soon, but I was so wrong.”
Ali laughed. “Remember when Sage a dit something about an orange elephant!”
We all broke off laughing.
“Priceless,” Beth intoned.
“Shut up!” Sage defended, but she was smiling. “I’m strange.”
“We know,” me and the gal’s said.
“Michael was saying something about elephants and besides-”
“Can I sit with toi guys?”
We all turned to Scotty, who smiled at us. I looked to the gal’s, who weren’t objecting. I smiled, patting a siège suivant to me and scooting over. “Sure.”
Scotty grinned. “Thank you.” She sat down and waved her hands. “Continue please.”
Sage nodded. “And besides toi guys all know how weird and aléatoire I can be, and I kid toi not I did have an orange elephant, it was a toy, and a costume I used to dress my dog in.”
I almost choked on my water, Ali looked like she couldn’t breathe, Beth looked at Sage like she was crazy, and Scotty had a raised eyebrow.
“An orange elephant?” Scotty asked.
Sage nodded. “Yes, an orange elephant, stop beating me down meanies.”
Scotty shrugged, “do what toi want. Nothing’s strange, just not normal., and we all know normal is boring.”
Sage looked impressed, while Ali nodded. Beth and I shared a look.
This was going to be a very interesting year.

Thursday
Lots to blog about. Today was interview day. The principal made all 8th graders go through a mock interview for the experience. We had to dress appropriate and respectable. I wore a tight black and grey dress with a black ceinture above the waist with black wedges. My interview guy was this old fart whose wrinkles hid his emotions. His face was so wrinkled that I couldn't tell whether he was smiling, frowning, ou laughing. I think my interview went okay. When I got back with my cercle of friends, they told me how their interviewers were complimenting them and saying how much they loved this resumes and cover letters. He didn't say anything nice ou mean. He did however joke with me. In other glorious news, Kyle took me out for ice cream. How cool is that?! He had chocolat and I had vanilla. We sat and talked. It was just the two of us. par suivant week, Kyle will surely be my boyfriend.
