i hav never had much time to go wondering about.

I'm actually in the airport right now waiting for a flight and, obviously, I'm fanpopping away :D Thank god for airport WiFi!! I just hope the plane doesn't crash, because I REALLY don't want to miss The Office tomorrow. (pause) Wow, my priorities are out of wack.

Where are you off to chel? I usually start chatting to people near me, and then we end up sitting together on the flight if we can and have a fairly decent conversation.

I've been on vacation for the last two weeks and now I'm flying home. And I'm not chatting up a stranger. Have you ever seen Strangers on a Train?? ;D

Are you able to get free wifi at your airport? Most airports I've been to charge for wifi access. Except at Chicago O'Haire. I think they had free wifi.

Never seen Strangers on a Train, no. All the strangers I speak to always seem fine, if I didn't start up conversations with strangers, I'd know an awful lot less people.

Yea, this airport charges for WiFi, but it's better than nothing.

My sisters and I went on a plane together this summer and we got so bored waiting we would have texting wars. We'd text eachother the same thing and see who got the text first. haha You do what you can :)

OK.. but the Picks spot was made for picks that wouldn't fit anywhere else.

By your logic, all picks should go here instead of the Spots where they fit... kinda defeats the purpose of having Spots. That hurts Fanpop in the long run.

But no one would answered my pick in Air Travel, which means I could have saved myself just not asking the pick in the first place. Doesn't that hurt Fanpop too?? *pouts*

I love striking up random converstions. You can be anything you want. For example, tell people you are a stunt performer, its amusing.

This works pretty well in the travel spot (it even has more fans than picks or air travel).

A combination of listening to music, look around in the gift shop and maybe reading a good book. But usually I'm just too exited to do any of them.

Combination of popping around stores, playing on my DS, eating, listening to music and doing some reading or puzzles. I usually get to the airport waaay before I have to board. If I was really tired that day, I would sleep.

or, you know, hang around creepily in gift shops and read their books almost all the way through until they tell me to leave.

But writing is a great answer too, as airports are a fantastic place to jot down odd little musings.

I usually have a couple flights to get anywhere in the US and I need to eat while I'm on the ground.

write, listen to music and mostly eat at the same time, then I read the newspaper, then I nap for a while and if my flight still hasn't come yet, I start to think 'why did I have to come so early???'
