I may have started this with some punk citations that only Trainspotting fans would get – toi know, something like “Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact discs…” that would strategically end up with “Choose great UK TV series. Choose Crime par Irvine Welsh”, but that’d feel fake as hell after having consciously endorsed the fucking big télévision side of things.
