I wasn't worried just because of how widely Ziva smiled when Tony said, "Ziva, Ziva, Ziva." It's clear that she loved it. I bet she said all that just to make Tony jealous.

I'm hoping it's nothing but she did close out the email when Tony started getting curious about it, so..I'm thinking that there may be something going on there.

Gary Glasberg (writer of the ep) said that Ziva's 'relationship' with the Miami dude will be revealed later. So it is something. But I'm not worrying at all - I really don't think they're gonna go down the Rivkin path again. However, I loved how Tony was instantly curious about the mystery friend. And Ziva loved that too. :)
Ziva, it's okay for you to have guy friends.... maybe. But Tony is your future husband. Repeat after me: fuuture huusbaaand. XD

Personally, I think the writers are making the fans do what they wanna do: Make people over-exaggerate. I personally didn't think much of it and it doesn't seem like it will be. However, I have had second thoughts by thinking that the guy she was emailing is somehow related to that text message Eli David sent to Vance. :)
