The Fight for Survival Begins in The Walking Dead Season 6 Images...

The sixth season of The Walking Dead ended with something of a cliffhanger ending as Morgan made an unexpected appearance in Alexandria, just moments after a bloodied Rick Grimes had killed one of the safe zone’s residents. Based on the promos which have been released, many fans expect the show to now pit the two former friends against each other.

It remains to be seen whether or not that actually happens, especially as Alexandria’s leader (Deanna) actually gave Rick the go ahead to kill the man who slaughtered her husband.

We’re just going to have to wait and see, but six new images have been released from The Walking Dead today which offer some insight into where we’ll pick up with many of the show’s lead characters when the critically acclaimed and record breaking series returns.

Three cast members were recently upgraded to series regulars – Deanna Monroe (Tovah Feldshuh), Jessie Anderson (Alexandra Breckenridge), and Spencer Monroe (Austin Nichols) – taking the total number of leads up to eighteen. You just know they’re not all gonna survive!
