Balthazar Blake: [shows Balthazar wearing the same shoes] Excuse me?
Dave Stutler: I l’amour them... A lot.
5. Balthazar Blake: You're a bad liar, Dave. That's good.
6. Balthazar Blake: I have been searching all over the world for you. You're going to be a force for good and a very important sorcerer. But for now, you're my apprentice
Dave Stutler: [stunned] I'm a what?
7. Balthazar Blake: Keep it subtle. Civilians must not know that magic still exists. That could make things complicated.
Dave Stutler: Alright, Mr. Pointy Hat.
8. Dave Stutler: [as Dave and Becky are flying on the eagle] I think I should tell you, I'm not sure how to land this thing.

Balthazar Blake: That was Cantonese, Horvath. The Grimhold, where is it?
Maxim Horvath: An old associate of mine speaks inpeccable Cantonese. He lived about 200 years ago. toi know him, Sun Lok. Course toi do. toi locked him inside the Grimhold.
[showed Sun Lok's opened Grimhold]
Maxim Horvath: Oops. Opened it.
Dave Stutler: Are toi insane?
[Balthazar thinks, then holds up his fingers an inch apart]
Dave Stutler: Little bit. Okay.
Maxim Horvath: [waving hand] toi do not need to see our faculty ID's.
NYU Clerk: I do not need to see your faculty ID.
canard, drake Stone: [waving hand and imitating étoile, star Wars] These are not the droids toi are looking for.
