Papa Smurf is the leader of the smurfs. He's the responsible guardian of Smurfette and the male smurfs. He's a likeable and cool character. He was voiced par Mandy Patinkin who did a good job at playing Papa Smurf.

Smurf Blossom is 1 of the girl smurfs who's first appearance is in the new film. Out of the new characters she's my favorite, because she's a cute and entertaining smurf. The film hints at Smurfette and Smurf Blossom becoming best Friends and I hope there's a sequel where they are best buddies.

Gargamel is a human wizard and the villain of the film. He wants to get the smurfs so he can use them to make himself a glacière wizard. He's the film's most entertaining character. He makes the film plus fun par being a goofy character. Also this film's Gargamel becomes a pretty threatening antagonist in the climax.
