HOW CAN I MAKE MY MIRRORS REFLECT??

In my Sims 2 game, I can't make the mirrors reflect!! How can I do that? I've been trying so hard to do it but I can't! Can someone help me?

It's somewhere in a settings. Graphic settings, ou Game settings, not sure.
