Lollabisk Ray. He was one of his 'best friends' and everyone thought that he was phsycho because of some of the mishaps that happened when Ray was with Homer. He got electroshocked in the Shock Chair because they thought he needed therapy (which turns out hilarious because he's dumb anyway)
