Well... Speaking for myself I started watching them on The Tracey Ullman montrer back in 87 and was just hooked from the get go. The characters were just so funny as they still are today. I was so happy to see them get their own montrer in 89 and finally a movie in 07. They have become a staple in télévision history and as it goes into it's 23rd season I am sure it will remain just as humorous as it has been all these years. Having grown up with the town of Springfield it will definately be a sad jour when the montrer draws to a close.
