I wrapped my arm gently around Mary, and whispered, "You're fine." I knew that Mary hated bugs, so I was hoping that I would be cheering her up. I gazed into her blue eyes that reflected from the moonlight that was creeping in through the hospital window. "You have really pretty eyes." I whispered, making her face turn a shade of pink. I unwrapped my arm from around her, because I didn't know if she felt awkward ou weird about us both laying in the same bed. I could already imagine the dirty jokes and commentaires coming from Steve if walked. Steve had told me that he was working the really late shift at the DX tonight, and would try to come and visit if he got the chance to. Mary furrowed her eyebrows when I unwrapped my arm around her, almost as if she was a little upset that I did. I sat up on the bed, and she did the same.
✨Mary's P.O.V:✨
Two-Bit unwrapped his arm that was around me. I could tell that he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable ou anything, considering that we were best friends. I mean, it's normal for Friends to do that, right? I have to admit, I was a bit upset when he pulled his arm away from around me. I felt really sûr, sans danger in his arms, and I swear that in the past couple of days, I've been falling for him harder and harder. The only problem was Marcia. Ever since Two-Bit caught her cheating on that guy, he's been really upset and cœur, coeur broken. That probably means that he still has feelings for her. Two-Bit sat up in the bed, and I did too. We were both sitting criss crossed facing each other. "When did the doctor say that toi can get out of the hospital?" I asked him, hoping that it would be sometime this week. "She a dit I could go accueil tomorrow, if I feel better." I smiled widely, happy that I can have my best friend back. He smiled too, and began asking me a few odd questions.
✨Two-Bit's P.O.V:✨
"So, I uh, heard that toi like Steve." I asked her, and looked down at my hands that were in my lap. "Nah. I don't like him. Who told toi that?" She asked, sounding a bit angry and surprised. I was pretty happy that she a dit that, but tried not to montrer it. "Well, toi guys kissed and-" She looked at me, and I got Lost in her eyes. "I don't like him. I like you." She almost whispered.
✨Mary's P.O.V:✨
I couldn't believe what had just slipped out of my mouth. I looked away, feeling plus embarrassed than I ever have, and hoped that he hadn't heard what I just said.
“Johnny.” toi shake him. “Johnny.
He mumbles, half asleep. “What? It’s 2 in the morning.”
“I want some tacos. With bacon. And maybe some chocolat sauce.”
“What the hell.” He laughs. “What does this baby like to eat?”
“Apparently tacos with bacon and chocolat sauce.” toi say.
“Well, I’ll go make the baby some tacos.” He says, getting out of the lit in his boxers.
“Don’t forget the chocolat sauce!” toi yell after him as toi rub your belly.
toi complain to your best friend as she literally drags toi towards the Dingo.
“C’mon (Y/N), it’ll be fun! Two-Bit’s got a friend for you!” Cathy raises her eyebrows.
“Maybe I don’t want a friend,” toi mutter, then stop.
Standing suivant to Two-Bit was the hottest guy toi had ever seen.
Maybe toi did want a friend.
Cathy goes over and hugs Two-Bit, where toi just stare at the boy and he stares back at you.
“I’m Dally,” he says, sticking out his hand.
toi take it. “(Y/N).” toi smile.
“It’s pretty,” he smiles. But then he erases the expression off his face. “I mean, it’s tuff babe.”
“You don’t need to act all tough around me, I know your cool.” toi grin.
“You really think so?” He asks.
“Yeah… You’re pretty cute too.” toi smile.
“Well, I know that.” He smiles. “But you’re cuter.”
“Maybe we should ditch this movie.”
