toi were actually close to Soda. Danny played with Grace and Logan all the time. toi couldn’t even begin to imagine how they felt.
toi hear the front door open. Darry was accueil now. toi take another deep breath, and sit at the cuisine table.
Just breathe.
He walks into the kitchen. “Hey babe, what’s wrong?” He asks, setting down his wallet and keys.
toi swallow. “I got a call.” Is all toi manage to say.
“About?” He asks, eyebrows raised.
“Soda’s dead.” toi blurt out.
The look on Darry’s face would haunt your memory for the rest of your life.
He just sat down on the floor in pure shock, mouth open, eyes wide.
I chuckle. I was sitting outside of the community college on the steps, waiting for Soda to come pick me up. He was late; as usual.
“Yes. I it’s quite refreshing actually.” I tell (Y/N), looking up at the rain.
“Cleanses the mind?” She laughs, sitting down suivant to me.
“Your hair is gonna get all wet.”
“I don’t care.” She shrugs.
“I thought girls cared about their hair. Especially girls with pretty hair.”
“You really think I have pretty hair?” She laughs.
“Yeah I do.” I grin.
“You don’t seem like the type to be all cute.”
“Well, maybe I like toi that much to be that type.” I grin.
“Really?” She grins, tilting her head to the side.
“Really.” I smile, leaning in as the sparks fly.
