Nitpicking: One thing I hate about the montrer using famous guest stars is when that person has been referenced before. For example, in 3.11 "Back from Vacation" Phyllis tells Dwight that "Jim Carrey just walked in, get his autograph!" So in The Office world, Jim Carrey is a celeb, but now Jim Carrey is going to be in the montrer as a guest star. Does this make sense? I think it's insulting to Dwight that they didn't even consider him for the job. Dwights's par far the most loyal person to DM and to Michael. He works his butt off and he probably has the best sales. He could be a great leader (although let's face it, most of the people in the office wouldn't be thrilled if he became manager).
