What happened to Seraph and Sati?

In Revolutions when Smith corners Seraph and Sati, they don't montrer us what happens. Then, a black cat finds Satii asleep. Then, she meets the Oracle just outside the city with Seraph. That is is the only gap in the plot I've found.

I think that the were turned into Smiths like the Oracle was. When Neo won the battle all of the people that were "Smiths" were returned to their former selfs. That is why all three are seen at the end.

Its fine, the first time I watched it I watched with my dad and he paused every five minutes to explain what was going on.
