Is there another Hunger Games in 'Mockingjay' (even if Katniss and Peeta arn't in it)

No, there isn't. If there was, that would be overkill. I'm guessing toi haven't read the third book, so I won't say a lot more, but it focuses much plus on District 13. If you've read the seconde book you'd know that that's where they are headed at the end of the novel (and movie).
