Okay, I did not mean it like Twilight. Sorry if it came off like. I get annoyed with that too... I honestly just meant like "I'm on Peeta's side". Again, I didn't mean it like "Team Jacob" ou "Team Edward" so I'm sorry. :/
This is so hard to describe... So I'll just lay everything out, and hope it comes out right.
I know that Peeta was the right one for Katniss. It was just how it was to be. She couldn't end up with Gale, because the best friend never gets the girl/guy they like. That's how life is. I also like Peeta, because he's... Peeta. (You know what I mean.)
But then, there's Gale. He was Katniss' best friend. She could confide in him, she trusted him, and loved him, in the brotherly-sisterly sense. He's a fighter, and sticked with what he believed in. He would die for his cause.
Now, who do I like more??? I have no clue whatsoever. Ask me these questions before I go on a whole analysis on the imaginary hidden meanings behind every sentence. -.-
I pick Peeta because he actually loved Katniss all his life and he stayed true to her. Gale only thought about destruction and killing innocent people. Peeta cared for other peoples lives and could convince anybody to do anything because people could trust him. I choose Peeta <3
Gale. Most definitely Gale. It's not that I don't like Peeta though, I do. But I just like Gale more. And I really can't say why, it's just something about him. I get in an argument with one of my fellow obsessed Friends who loves (Seriously LOOOOVES) Peeta, and she always asks me how I can l’amour Gale more, and I really don't have a thought out answer. It's just...I don't know, I l’amour his character, and I l’amour his interactions with Katniss plus that Peeta's.
I l’amour him so much, I go through my favori parts of the trilogy almost once week and read them and most of them contain Gale :)
I l’amour them both. But when it comes down to it, I have to say Peeta. Gale and Katniss share a special bond, from needing each other to stay alive. They had a unique friendship that Katniss thought would last a lifetime. All she had to do was break that thin barrier between them. But she doesn't. Gale, I think, loved Katniss sense he got to know her, and spent every moment with her. Hunting, gathering, keeping both their families fed. This special bond is something Peeta never quite had with Katniss. Peeta, like I suspect with gale, had loved Katniss sense they met. Peeta and Katniss had a special bond as well. Being in the arena together, keeping each other alive. But, Katniss thought it was all a strategy. Not for Peeta. Poor Peeta. He thought she loved him the very same. But she didn't. ou she didn't realize that she loved him until she knew he wasn't acting. All those things he a dit were true. So, again, I have to say I l’amour Peeta. He actually showed his l’amour for Katniss, and held on to it even when she had let go. Gale, he is just like Katniss. He held in his emotions until to was too late. This is why I pick Peeta Mellark, the boy with the bread.
