How do toi write something like Hecate ou Wisegirl?

Writting takes a lot. Seriously, the writters who get published are some of the strongest-willed people out there.

First off toi need to be persistant. Don't give up on a story. Hang in there and keep at it. Sure you'll get sick of writting a character's name and toi might, might, need to take a break and revision might make toi sick, but dont give it up. How do toi know toi didn't just give up on a bestseller?

seconde off: don't compare yourself. toi always see what someone else does as better, and that's the first step to counting yourself out of writting because there are "better people". toi see your story as less then it is, but hang in there its so much more!

Third, toi need to read and write a lot. Writting comes with practise and finger cramps, toi need to revise and see if toi can write something just a little plus poeticly, and sometimes toi get a "Eureka!" moment doing it. Why read? Because that's how toi enrich your vocaulary and plus importantly learn how to describe and how to go into detail, ou how to this and that and this and that. They are examples. toi dont copy from them, they're just examples.

Fourth, take your time. Your character doesn't have to meet the dream guy, pull an orphan out of a flamming building, get shot in the leg and ace a test on the same day. Let your story take time and let your character grow with it. This also goes for planning. Figure out who your character is, what she wants, what she'll do, how the story will go (this only requires a general idea though), etc beforehand... It'll make your character and story far stronger.

Fifth, watch out for Mary-Sue. Mary-Sue is what writters call a character that has 0 flaws because either the writter didn't plan her out, ou loves her too much to give her any. She's annoying and makes for a weak character even if toi give her super-human strenght and whatnot.

Honing your écriture skills can take years of practice, and every person has a unique écriture style of their own. All it takes to become a good writer, is an open mind and willingness to learn. When I first started writing, I wasn't very good. But after many years of practice, I became so good that I was awarded prizes, trophies, and money for my work. I plan on écriture a book on this site :) Everybody has to start somewhere.

well as toi read plus try to take a closer look at patterns and add layers to your characters, and you'll see yourself improve with every entry. And believe me I still have room for improvement.
