its possible because the Romans had some differences from Greeks not just names of the Gods. Like the Romans praised Mars(Ares god of war) plus than Jupiter(Zeus) in ancient times because of their warlike beliefs. So who knows maybe its different for Roman Artemis

I'm not so sure because the hunters of artemis are made up par Rick Riordan so anythings fair game but im sorry to announce that there are no real hunters of artemis in greek mythology
